I really never thought I would actually enjoy the experience of moving. This was not the first time I had moved homes. My previous experiences were bad, some companies just promise you the whole world but when I actually comes to deliver; the world starts getting less accommodating. One previous occasion the company promised a lot of benefits and reasonable moving but at the end of the move the bill simply doubled. With American Choice Van Lines I had no problem what so ever, they were prompt from the very beginning and were very clear of the services they were going to provide. The pricing was also given in writing as a special on site survey was conducted on my request; this was done to asserting the approximate pricing. The packing was apt and the loaders were well versed with their business. The company customer care department constantly kept calling to find out and confirm if everything was going as per plan and that I had no problems. At the end of the day all the shifting was done as discussed and within the assured packing and delivery time. I had nothing damaged or stolen and everything was in order. Although some came back to me the following day but American Choice Van Lines were professional from the very beginning. I was quick to appoint them, as their representatives arranged the packing and quote as per the approximate amount of goods we would be transporting. They gave me a comprehensive quote and were in a position to move us the following weekend. They arrived on time and completely packed up our home in a matter of hours, using all their own materials. The packing was done professionally, the cutlery was bubble packed and furniture was blanketed. They were polite, professional, careful and efficient. They had good communication over English and were able to pick up my instructions with ease. Their truck was in good condition and seemed well maintained. The loading was done carefully and lighter stuff was placed sensibly over the heavier stuff to prevent and damage. There were no breakages in transit and all in all it was a fantastic experience dealing with them and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I needed to move my storage only to a small distance but my furniture pieces were too heavy to move myself so I asked around at work about good movers. My co-worker suggested me with American Choice Van Lines and so I decided to give them a call. The lady I spoke with was very nice and accommodating. She quoted me over the phone and walked me through the entire contract. She offered me 3 men for $79 or 2 men for $59. Either way this is a deal compared to other moving companies I called. I chose the two men because I didn't have a lot of stuff. Oh there is a minimum of three hours with these guys, but I knew I would surpass that no problem since my drive time was about an hr and they double the drive time by law. The 2 guys who showed up were great. As promised, they called me when they were on their way and told me how long it would take to get to my location. They arrived and got straight to work. In 45 minutes all of my stuff was on the truck and we were on the road to move. They were very careful with my furniture and placed it in the rooms as specified. I will definitely use them again the next time I move. How can you beat a company that is affordable, quick, efficient and fair. I recommend American Choice Van Lines for their promptness. more

I have worked with movers in my professional life; this company was exceptional in every step of the process. Customer Services lady was wonderful on the phone to work with, patient in answering all my questions (and I had a lot). She spoke good English and that was very important, some other companies you find it difficult to even get the message across. She put everything in writing as per what we agreed. They confirmed my appointment on Friday for my Sunday move AND the guys came right on the time...8 am sharp. This is very important if you are working on a restricted time frame. The overall experience with packing, professionalism and handling was fantastic. The furniture was blanket wrapped and crockey was properly bubbled packed. The Loaders were hard working, easy to deal with AND fast, all of the 3 men who had come for packing could speak English. There was one earlier instance with another company where the loaders were blank in terms of their English skills. So it was like a game of Dumb Shiraz. But these people were definitely American Educated and spoke apt English. The cost is affordable and their efficiency is excellent and damage free moving is better than saving a few bucks. I never have any problems with American Choice Van Line what so ever. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs to make a no hassle, well priced move. I was to move on a short notice and got in touch with American Choice Van lines after reading some excellent online reviews. The company service was exactly similar to some impressive reviews that have been mentioned. We fixed a pick up date and calculated the workload and the manpower cost required. The man power limit was set to 3 people doing the job, but when the day arrived we actually had 4 people arrive. This was all the more better as the packing was done in a matter of a few hours without any extra charge. All the men were well built and had a complete catch of what they were doing. My current residence is on the 5th floor and the staircase is old and doggy. The men arrived on time and sprung to action almost immediately. Taking the heavy furniture down a shoddy staircase was something that I was very concerned off, but they managed to do it with ease. The truck was in good health, which is very important as this ensures the goods are delivered on time and the same way they were dispatched. I was to move out of my parent’s house and go into my very own house. So I was really excited and nervous. I naturally had a lot of stuff and wanted the shift to be easy and planned. I availed the services of a packing and moving company of which I had read some great online reviews. After a phone call and acertination of what I actually had to move we fixed up a collection date. The day I was to move I suddenly get a call from the company saying the service was postponed to a later date. This was without my consent and any concrete explanation. This may me actually sweat, just them a friend of mine recommended me to call American Choice Van lines, this company listened patiently to my problem and was sympathetic of the fact that I had been left stranded due to no fault of mine. On a short notice they agreed to do my move for the very next day and the quote that provided was cheaper by 100 bucks. Next morning I was nervous to only pray this company should not do the same. Just want to share my great experience with the American Choice Van Lines company I hired last month to do my move. I just got a new job and needed to move fast, I had very little time to take care of it all. So after consulting some of my friends I contacted American Choice Van Lines – the pricing was very reasonable and they had a truck set for me within a few days time. I had a budget restriction and wanted to do the move only in the money I could afford. The customer service representatives understood my problems but did not back off. They in fact were very understanding and suggested me ways by which I could bring down my cost of moving. On my move day the movers came right on time and started working immediately, packing carefully and loading the stuff on the truck. They finished everything within four hours. Delivery was a week later with everything intact. The delivery team were great helping me staging everything in my new place reassembled my bed and all. I retired from my job and came back to my own house along with my family. So there were a lot of things I needed to move and was also concerned of the potential damage involved over the long distance in terms of transportation. They however did an excellent job for me. This was our first long distance move and we were very nervous about the entire process after hearing so many bad things about scam companies. Luckily for us, American Choice Van Lines was ready to prove to us that not all movers are out to rip you off!!!! Our relocation consultant, lady, was very thorough during the estimate process and made sure to explain to us the full process of the move and services that were available to us. She provided us with a guaranteed price in writing for our move and was quick to offer suggestions on how to correctly prepare for the pickup date. The pickup went smoothly and as planned, and our things were delivered well within the window of dates we were given. The delivery crew not only brought our items into the home but placed them in the correct rooms and even set up our beds, this was very sweet of them and something we really appreciate! I have to thank the movers and the sales person for their mammoth effort! Considering that I was staying on the 4th floor without an elevator, the thought of moving a dining table and an old heavy piano was nerve wrecking. It was hard to believe that they actually managed my move without a hitch. The guys who came down were really strong and never had to actually struggle. There were so many things, many crystal and glass ware, piano, old and fragile sofa and glass shelves plus much more vulnerable stuff and they had to travel a lot before completing the move. So, there was every chance for mistakes. Looking at the packers when they started gave me the confidence that they knew what they were doing. The crystal glasses were taken special care and were neatly bubble wrapped and placed in a box to avoid cracking. I do not know how but they actually avoided all possible threats and provided me the smoothest move of my life. They were absolutely professional in their approach. Their customer services lade called me once the packing was done to ensure that everything went smoothly and that I had no damage. She seemed very confident that nothing would have gone wrong. I am a part-time DJ by profession and had to move my apartment on a short notice. My landlord left me no time to move, I had a lot of stuff to move and my equipment being my bread and butter needed to be transported in pristine condition. We had a booking for American Choice Van Lines movers and they put up three average sized men with above average strength and a great grasp of trigonometry and topology to carry out the move, tasks included to carry up the couch up the stairs and man oeuvres the couch through the entryway and into the living room. They were polite and professional over the phone, within a matter of minutes we finalized a deal. I request them of an onsite inspection which was voluntarily done. This was to get an idea of what approximate weight we would be transporting. After a quick inspection we ascertained the approximate quantity. Pricing was pretty reasonable too, especially for a tough task like this. My only concern was the delivery time, but it arrived as promised, right on time. The lady from the company called me a couple of times the day we were to move. Once to insure the movers had arrived on time and to confirm they were working efficiently. The second call was after the moving had been completed this was a confirmation call. Most of my previous experiences were job done over and out but with this company it was definitely more professional. I think after sales service is very important for a service company, and in this case when you are taking the responsibility to deliver someone’s valuables and belongings you need to at least have the dignity to ask the customer if he is satisfied. I can say this is the most affordable, trusted and efficient moving service I have ever used in my life. They were exactly on time as they said they would be (punctuality is a must for a service company). I was in the middle of a break up and they completely relieved me of my stress on my moving situation. They handled everything for me without a single scratch, dent, damage or busted piece of my belongings. There was a huge piano that had to be moved along with many other furniture and rare collection of show pieces which were very fragile and things that I am very emotionally connected with. So, I was not in a position to relax until the move gets over. When the representatives of American Choice Van Lines asked me to check the inventory after the delivery, I was nervous because I did not want to see any broken or damaged things but I was really lucky because I eventually did not face any problems and all the valuables arrived in the same condition as dispatched. All my stuffs arrived safely which was the most important thing. Besides it also took less time than the original quote and cost me a very moderate amount. I found out of American Choice Van Lines from my boss who had just moved houses. On his suggestion I spoke to one of the representatives of the company. I had a stringent budget and wanted the entire move to be carried on within the same budget. These companies generally calculate the cost of the move on the weight, man hours and packing required. The cost of transportation is more or less the same for all. You can reduce the cost in other factors for sure. When the representatives came down they provided valuable advise o how I could bring down my cost. The explanation was simple; pack what you can easily and leave what you can’t for us. I am sure they could have compelled me to pay the extra bit but I don’t think this was their idea of moving forward. So we fixed a price which was in fact slightly cheaper that what I possibly wanted to spend. I had even compared the quotes that ACVL offered in comparison to other companies. They were superficially higher, so we ended packing all the easy stuff and clothing in bags. We did do some packing by ourselves to reduce the man hours; however the furniture and fragile stuff were packed by them. All the transport was done without any major damage, we did have a ruptured night lamp, but we incidentally had packed that by ourselves. She gave me an approximate quote within minutes. For some reason I did not follow up with her for another week. After a week’s gap I called up and it was her again. Was moving from a 3 room house to a 4 room; the distance was short but the stuff was heavy and valuable. We had bone china cutlery sets and figure sketched paintings that we wanted to protect at any cost. The representatives from American Choice Van Lines came over to my place and started making a checklist of the packing involved. This involved the details of the kind of packing a specific article would require, the number of boxes that would be a potential outcome of the packing process, sensitive or fragile items we put on a special list. Their cases would be labeled and stored in the van in carefully to prevent damage. The organization is very professional and straight forward in their business. Considering that my weight was less as compared to the weight people generally carry. I was getting minimum weight quotes from all other companies. I spoke to the representative from American Choice Van Lines and requested her to please work a deal for me. She promised to what best she could do especially in terms of the pricing. After a couple of hours she called back and offered me a quote that was cheaper as compared to what other companies were offering. This would cover everything from packing, loading, transportation and unloading. I had a few bits of furniture that were neatly blanketed to prevent them from tearing or getting damaged and glass utensils were bubble packed.
