Review content:
I should start off with saying this was my first time moving from states. I was pleased with American Choice Van Lines work. Their customer service was a big help, they kept me updated and informed on my move from beginning to end which was actually really professional cause I was a bit nervous looking at the volume of the shift involved. The shift went as per plan; we fixed the pickup for Thursday next week. The company did call me on Saturday to confirm if we were going to make the move. After the confirmation the next call I received was on the day we were supposed to move. The call was to inform me that the truck and packers were heading to my place to commence the work. The truck drove in on time or precisely 7 minutes late. This was a good first impression from my point of view. What followed was even better; the packers wrapped all out glass utensils individually in bubble plastic and placed them in boxes in a manner to avoid damage. Next was the heavy stuff; they blanketed the furniture to secure it from scratched. The packing was done in an hour and we were ready to move. The goods were brought up to our new house in scratch free and all the fragile stuff was intact too. This speaks volumes for the companies’ ability and service. I recommend ACVL sincerely and I feel this company should always be considered for a stress free home change.
