We have used Allied Services for many years, and we continue to use them because we have always had great service with them and the products. They have installed our new unit and they service it. Their service has been on time, very friendly, professional, and they explain information appropriately. I think they are just a professional company that responds, services and fixes quickly. more

Very dependable 2/11/2016

Allied Services inspects my furnace every year and I think they have put in a new furnace. They are fine, and I have known the company for a long time. They do good work and they are dependable. I've never had any trouble. I stick with who I have always had--it's easier than finding someone else. more

Allied. Good Price, Good Service, Good People 1/12/2016

I wanted a new gas furnace and gas line installed. I had several companies quote the job. Allied had good reviews, good reputation, and a competitive price so I chose them. I was not disappointed. They followed through on everything they quoted and promised. They did a good job and made sure I was satisfied. I will use them again and recommend them to others. Steve in Clayton Ohio. more

Excellent! 1/12/2016

I have a contract and Allied Services comes twice a year to make sure the air conditioning and furnace work perfectly. I've been going to them for more than 20 years, and they have been the only company that has serviced my heater and air conditioner. They are dependable and honest and don't sell products I don't need. I pay their price and I'm a perfectly satisfied and happy customer. If there is an emergency, they have gone out of their way to make sure everything is in good working condition. more

Truthful and doesn't try to push any bull on you 1/12/2016

Allied Services has been honest and never tried to push a service on me. I truly would recommend them. I had someone for 15 years and they must have come out four times for the same thing and charged me each time. I like Chris, who left an impression as very honest and not interested in selling something I didn't need. I also like Penny, who is wonderful and real. One thing is that I was a little disappointed in the maintenance contract. I don't think I was told that the contract didn't apply to an older furnace. That was a little bit cloudy, and that should be something they say--that if the furnace is a certain number of years old, then the contract doesn't apply. When I need a new furnace I will more than likely go with them. more

Good experience 12/14/2015

I've used Allied Services, Inc.on and off for ten years. I thought the service tech was not as knowledgeable as he needed to be. The quality of the products was good. I didn't do any price comparison so I can't say if it was cheaper or more expensive than others, but I thought they were reasonable. As a returning costumer, I just think the service tech was maybe newer with them and maybe not as experienced as some of the older technicians, therefore there were a few problems that he was having that maybe wouldn't have happened with somebody else. more

I've been using Allied Services for a couple of years now and I've never had any trouble with them. They have good service and I'd definitely recommend them. I have a contract with them to take care of my air conditioning once a year, so they come and check it out annually. And so far, it's been doing quite well. more

Outstanding 11/23/2015

Allied Services installed a whole new system (air conditioning and heat pump) inside and outside for us. They also put in a new furnace in our basement. They were outstanding. The system is doing exactly what they said it would do. I couldn't have asked for better service or a better unit. Chris, the salesman, did a great job of explaining everything to us. He took his time and everything he said was true. more

I have been using Allied Services for years. They call twice a year to make an appointment and make sure you're ready for the next season. If anyone asks me who I use, I recommend them because they haven't given me any reason to change. more

Very satisfactory 10/16/2015

We have a contract with Allied Services where they would come by twice a year to check our furnace and air conditioning. We haven't had any problems yet and am very satisfied with their services so far. Their workmen are always here and on time when you call; they don't try to make an excuse as to why they couldn't get here. They communicate well about any issues there are with our units and are very thorough with their work. Prices are reasonable; I mean, having the check-up twice a year can get a little expensive but not so much that they become out of line. Very happy with their services. more

They always beat my expectations 9/18/2015

We have been using Allied Services, Inc. for more than 10 years to service our AC, heater, dehumidifier, etc. They are always on time, friendly, cooperative, and fair. They don't wear dirty shoes in the house and they clean up after themselves. Their attitude about service is impeccable, because they really understand the importance of customer service. Penny is terrific. Any problems and I call her. They come over right away, no matter what time, to take care of problems and don't charge a service fee for equipment issues. I don't have to get on them about service and they honor their commitments. They're always quicker than expected and hassle-free. I never have to worry about them. We have an arrangement with them about the price and it's very fair. I have gotten to know most of them over the years and they are awesome. They couldn't be any better. more

Good employees. 9/17/2015

I have had a lot of bad experience with equipment failure from the thermostat that Allied Services installed; but they have good employees that seemed to be interested in what they're doing. If you find a company like that, you better hang on to them. I had issues with returns and repairs because of things that weren't spotted correctly, which was hard to do. For instance: the thermostat was reissued when it should have been renewed. But they have always been courteous and responsive, and checked everything else that they should have. They even gave me an upgraded thermometer system free of charge to correct the issue. more

I have been using Allied Services Inc., for too many years to remember. They have always responded if I call for any reason, and I always get taken care of. Whenever they're done servicing either my furnace or my AC unit, I'm always informed about the work that has been done. When I don't need service they come twice a year to check on the AC, and then the furnace for maintenance. The woman who schedules the appointments always calls me the day of to remind me, and to let me know when they are on their way. The techs then arrive, always on time. I have never had any problems with them. They are always friendly, polite, and professional. more

Allied Services have always been there when we have a problem. They are always on time, the people who come out are knowledgeable, when there is a problem I can talk to them. It's always a good experience one of the best companies we have had come out to our house, and we have using them for about the past six years. They know their stuff! more

Allied Services put the plumbing, heating, and ac in the house we bought in 2000 and we've been satisfied with their service ever since. They service our heat and air conditioning twice a year. They have always been prompt service about calling and get work done on time, and they are always friendly. more

Fantastic!!! 6/25/2015

I called Allied the evening my AC quit working. They squeezed me in and had a repairman at my house the next day. He was professional and competent! He had it fixed in about 15 minutes, and even though I was the last appointment of the day, he went the extra mile to check the freon levels and clean the fins to prevent future problems. Excellent experience!!! Highly recommend!!! more

Service above the rest 6/15/2015

I have a maintenance and labor contract with Allied Services, Inc. and have worked with the company for twenty years or more. I love Penny, the service consultant. She schedules service and ensures that emergencies are handled promptly. I recently had an issue and she sent a technician out the same day who stayed until everything was satisfactory for us. Although he had to order a part to complete the work, he left us with no issues and made sure we comfortable. The technicians are very thorough and we have always had really good experiences with them. I highly recommend Allied Services, Inc. more
