I have had a lot of bad experience with equipment failure from the thermostat that Allied Services installed; but they have good employees that seemed to be interested in what they're doing. If you find a company like that, you better hang on to them. I had issues with returns and repairs because of things that weren't spotted correctly, which was hard to do. For instance: the thermostat was reissued when it should have been renewed. But they have always been courteous and responsive, and checked everything else that they should have. They even gave me an upgraded thermometer system free of charge to correct the issue.
