Furnace repairs made simple 6/1/2015

They're good people, the only people I call for my furnace. I switched over from propane to natural gas, and they took care of everything, from the house out to the meter. They did a fine job! I use them for my rental property, too. Whatever you need, they work with you. They do excellent work! more

Allied Services, Inc. has replaced and maintained our home air conditioner, furnace, and dehumidifier for the last eighteen years. They always provide the service we need when we need it. They really take ownership of their service and call us when it is time for maintenance. The service is highly reliable and you can trust them to do a great job. more

I have been using Allied Services for almost ten years now, and I have always been very pleased with their service. I have a contract with them, so they come by twice a year to take a look at my heat pump and furnace. They take care of everything. I like that they call ahead to schedule. Their customer service is great compared to a lot of companies I've dealt with. I'd highly recommend them. more

I have Allied Services, Inc. come out twice a year, once in the winter to help me with my furnace, and again in the spring/summertime to help me with my air conditioning. They come when they say they will, and they do what they come out to do. It's been good, and I like the company. more

Experience has been very very satisfactory! 4/8/2015

I've been with Allied Services for 40 years and I've always had good luck with them. They installed my original furnace and they come to service it. Today, the serviceman had to reschedule due to the storm that's coming. I like this company very much and never had any trouble. I've always been very very satisfied! more

Excellent Service! 2/20/2015

We have been using Allied Services, Inc. for over five years and are really happy to have found them. They come out twice a year to do an inspection of our home and recommend, if any, repairs that we need. They always arrive on time and have great customer service. I can honestly say that we have never had any problems with them, and suggest that you use them too so you can find out how great they are! more

Good. 2/19/2015

Allied Services, Inc. replaced two heat pumps of ours. One was 15 years ago and it turned out excellent. The second one was done two years ago and it didn't turn out so excellent. It is noisy and rattles a lot. It does not have the same quality as the first one they installed. I think Allied Services has new technicians. more

Explained everything thoroughly, main complaint was with heat exchanger. 1/16/2015

A year and 3 months ago, we had crack in our heat exchanger, and so we had it replaced by Allied Services. In July, we had a heat pump put in. After that, our thermostat read out went blank. We called the serviceman, and he thought there was something wrong with the thermostat. For awhile it seemed to be okay, then kept blacking out. We called again, they checked it out, and they said our furnace overheats and we have to get a new one. The heat exchanger cost $1,500, and I don't know why they didn't know about it overheating then. I hoped we would get a discount on the heat exchanger, but they said they would not cover that. To replace everything it will cost us over $4,000. The serviceman was nice, good, and explained everything thoroughly, but my main complaint was that they should check more thoroughly. more

A pleasant company 1/12/2015

I have used Allied Services, Inc. for years now, and they are always pleasant to work with. They have always done a good job, and I have never had any problems with them. They do what they say they will do, and they are very reliable. I bought my air-conditioning and furnace system through them, and they provide general maintenance for it. more

Excellent Service. 12/19/2014

Allied Services has worked with us a couple of times at our new home. My husband and I have been at our house for less than a year. The servicemen are friendly, their service has been fine and we have no complaints. They're good at responding to service requests in a timely manner. They come out right away and fix the problem. They haven't had to come back twice for the same service request. They get the job done. more

I've been using Allied Services for a couple of years and would definitely recommend them. They've been prompt, helpful, and accommodating with their services and I appreciate all that they do. The little things that they do like putting on booties before entering our home to avoid getting our floors dirty are much appreciated. I receive routine maintenance from them and am overall very pleased with their services. more

Allied Services does a good job. I had my house built in 1968, and since then they have done all my heating and air conditioning. They have always been really good whenever we've had them. I would recommend them to anyone who appreciates quality service. Harry Hittner more

Exceptional customer service 11/17/2014

Allied Services, Inc. was very prompt and professional. My heater had stopped working in the coldest week in January of 2014. I called them that night, and they came out right away. They were accommodating and worked with my budget. They were very professional in their demeanor, and they were able to get my heater working in less than thirty minutes. All of my neighbors have said good things about them, and that they had a good experience. more

I have had Allied Services, Inc. as my allies for decades now, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone. About forty years ago I had them fix my dryer for me. They fabricated a new window to allow the exhaust to go out, and it only cost a quarter. Recently, my air conditioner blew up. I had tried a different company, and two people came in and said that it would cost $3000 and tried to sell me $1400 unit. The next day I decided to call Allied, and the lady I spoke with told me that it would cost $1500. This took place during the summer, and I was relieved that they were able to get on it right then and there. They got the job done quickly, and I was very happy with the fact that they didn't push my arm to sell me a new unit. Allied has never let me down, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates great customer service. more

They came, they saw, they fixed. 10/15/2014

Allied Services is excellent. They provide great services for a great value. My family had actually been using Sears for all of our air conditioning and heating needs, but they would always take too long to come out and charged too much for their work. We decided to try out Allied Services, and they have always been professional, skilled, and timely. More recently, they really helped us with a strange incident. We found a raccoon nest inside the cabinet of our air conditioner, about as big as a kitchen sink. We needed someone to replace one of the sensors, and Allied arrived promptly and got the job done. We have been using Allied Services for a while now, and will of course continue to do so. more

Good work done by Allied Services 9/18/2014

Allied Services did a lot of work in my garage. I had a leak in my roof, an ice dam, a hole in the wall and a yellow jackets nest in the garage. They had to redo the ceiling paint and paint everything. I thought the work was very well done. I went with them because I knew they would do a good job but they were a bit pricey. Tim was great. He did the whole job by himself. It took him a week but he got it done. more

I used them at my old house first and when we bought my new house the furnace had also been installed by Allied so we kept using their services. They are just a really good company that is very reliable. We are long term customers and we are happy with their service. more

Allied Services is a very good company, I've been using them for about 40 years now. A few years ago we had a new furnace and air conditioner put in and have had them back to service them and they've taken good care of us. I'm very satisfied with their work and they have fair prices. Whenever I call and need something looked at, they're here. I don't have to keep calling back. more

We've been using Allied Services for about 14 years. They service our heating and AC units, and come out twice a year. We always have a great experience with the servicemen when they come. They usually call beforehand, and come within the hour. They're always willing to work with us. They take their time, are very thorough, and we've never had any problems. more
