Review content:
We have been using Allied Services, Inc. for more than 10 years to service our AC, heater, dehumidifier, etc. They are always on time, friendly, cooperative, and fair. They don't wear dirty shoes in the house and they clean up after themselves. Their attitude about service is impeccable, because they really understand the importance of customer service. Penny is terrific. Any problems and I call her. They come over right away, no matter what time, to take care of problems and don't charge a service fee for equipment issues. I don't have to get on them about service and they honor their commitments. They're always quicker than expected and hassle-free. I never have to worry about them. We have an arrangement with them about the price and it's very fair. I have gotten to know most of them over the years and they are awesome. They couldn't be any better.
