Very excellent experience 8/11/2014

I've been using Allied Services for over five years and they're pretty good overall. We purchased an air conditioning system through them. With our service contract, they make sure to send someone out twice a year to clean and maintain our air conditioning system. The service men are pretty friendly, and so far, I've had an excellent experience dealing with them. more

Highly recommended by a loyal customer 8/5/2014

I've used Allied Services, Inc. for years. They have been a big help to me, and I wouldn't recommend anyone but them. They let me know when things might be going wrong with my heating and air conditioning system soon, so that I can prepare. If I can't pay all at once, they offer payment plans, which is another thing I like about their service. I recommend you get your HVAC service taken care of annually with them, rather than waiting for something to go wrong. I'm very well satisfied! more

My experience with Allied Services Inc. has been excellent and I am very pleased with the customer service I have received from them. I think they do an exceptionally good job in terms of service and detail, they were prompt and timely in their arrival and worked in an efficient manner to make sure the job was finished on time as promised. Everyone that I worked with throughout the entirety of the service showed me the utmost courteousness and professionalism and I would absolutely recommend these folks to anybody in the local area. I have recommended their services to many family members and friends alike and going forward I will continue to use them as well if needed be. I have no complaints and can't say enough about how well of a job these guys do. more

Allied Services, Inc. has always done a good job as far as I'm concerned. I have a maintenance agreement with them, and they come and check my air-conditioner and furnace once a year. They are the ones who put the furnace in when we first moved in. more

Loyal customer, no complaints! 7/25/2014

Allied Services, Inc. has always given us good service. The people are always very good. In the last couple of years, they have come out once or twice a year to go over the furnace and air conditioning system to make sure everything is working properly. The last time, they recommended a better air filter. We've never had any problems with the company. Penny is always very friendly, and I have nothing bad to say! more

Reasonable rates 7/24/2014

I used Allied Services once for the heater here and than more recently for the A/C and I've been very pleased. They have reasonable rates and have a $35 dollar off coupon for any service. I didn't feel slighted with the time they took to put in the work either. more

I have been with Allied Services, Inc. for over twenty years now. They come and check on my air-conditioning system. They are courteous and polite, and always show up on time. The maintenance people know what they are doing. I trust them. Overall, I am happy with their service, and I will continue to use them. more

Allied Services, Inc. is an excellent company, and their service is excellent. The service person working there is friendly, knowledgeable, and educates us on regarding certain things. They do a great job, and they leave the place cleaner than when they arrive. They have very good prices, and the personnel working there have a really nice, customer-friendly attitude. more

Very reliable 7/11/2014

I have used Allied Services every time I need some help with my AC system. They first put in my AC system about 5 years ago and apart from some little things here and there, it has worked great. The workers are very knowledgeable and reliable and they aren't afraid to give me some hints on how to keep the machine working so that I don't have to call them over to fix it for me. They're a friendly bunch and I have never had any problems! more

Allied Services did the heating here and replaced some cables once. We have a service contract with them where they come out once a year to check on it. I like the maintenance overhaul aspect of it. more

Positive and customer friendly! 7/1/2014

We've been using Allied Services, Inc. for about five years, and they are very good about calling to set up appointments for our maintenance. If we have any issues after maintenance, they come back promptly to fix them. They are very courteous and very conscientious about making sure they don't bring any dirt into the house. more

Good service. 6/30/2014

I've been with Allied Services for almost 15 years, and I never had any problems with them. We're able to have them come out twice a year for scheduled check ups on the furnace and air conditioner. They're always on time, and if we ever have any problems on any day of the year, we can call them and they come out on the same afternoon. Allied Services is very good. I've been with them for 12 years now, and I've had them do everything regarding maintenance issues for me. They really take care of you, and they have a maintenance program that works. When I call them, they're quick to come. The people at Allied Services are always very willing to help. They're very prompt in their service, and they try hard to make sure you're satisfied. They work when I need them to, and I'm on their maintenance plans so they always call in that time of the year. I love the aspect that I don't have to follow up to schedule an appointment and they check up on me instead. I've been using them for 5 years, and their service is always friendly. Very helpful 6/17/2014

Allied Services installed a new furnace last year and a new air condition unit. I also had a routine service call and have not had any problems. I like how they're an old-fashioned company that's been there for quite a while and are very helpful. more

I use Allied Services for both my home and hair salon. I have a contract with them at home and they service my salon three times a year. They change my filters up on the roof and are always on-time and when they're supposed to. Barb T. more
