Very satisfied! 3/6/2014

I've been a customer of Allied Services Inc for about 32 years. I get a contract with them every year to make sure I'm on top of everything. With all the cold we had here this winter, my heat pump went out. They came out and found my circuit breaker was out. They kept right on top of it, waiting for the new part and waiting for the ice to melt so they could install the new breaker. If I hadn't had the contract with them, getting the new breaker would have been much more expensive. They are always very nice and always very pleasant. When I call, they are always at the end of the telephone line. When they come in to the house, they never track in any dirt. I've been totally satisfied with them! more

Professional, efficient, makes you feel comfortable 3/5/2014

We've lost our heat three times this winter and Allied Services has come out and fixed the pilot for us at no charge to us. We like Penny who calls to schedule and we pay extra for our contract where we're put ahead. We've found that very helpful. When we do get ready to upgrade, and we'll have to soon, we will use Allied. We've even recommended them to our neighbor who bought an A/C and furnace. more

My A/C was having some problems so I decided to get it replaced. Allied Services has proved to be a reputable company, they have displayed a strong willingness to get the job done no matter the cost and they have excellent customer service. A true 5 star company. more

A good company! 2/25/2014

We have used Allied Services Inc for over 25 years. We built our house over 30 years ago, and we used a company previous to that. But that didn't work out, and we've been using Allied ever since! They have re-installed many of our heat pumps, and a couple years ago they put a geothermal system in an area of our house. We use them for our yearly service upkeep. We continue to use them because they've always done a very good job, and we've had no reason to change. They are very easy to work with, and they carry quality products. Their service is excellent! more

Professional individuals 2/14/2014

My heater broke not too long ago and I didn't know who to contact. But my friend recommended Allied Services to me and I decided to give them a shot. It turns out that was the right move because I now know how professional, polite and kind they are and I will be using them again in the future. more

Simple and hassle free 2/11/2014

I haven't had to use Allied Services much but I'm on their plan. Like anything else there is a priority system. Since I am on the plan than I get priority over someone who does not have a plan with them. But they did take a while to get out to my place a couple times. Overall though, I really enjoyed them when they were here. more

We bought a new furnace, and Allied Services came out to give us a total checkup after that furnace turned a year old. The guy came when I asked and was courteous. He cared about the work, while some people just breeze through things. more

Allied has installed a new furnace and a/c system. They also installed a roof power vent and a dryer vent. Each time I have used Allied I have been very satisfied with their work and service. I would recommend Allied and will continue to use them in the future. more

Very impressed with this company's communication and integrity 10/11/2013

We have been using Allied Services for the past four or five years. We've had them work on several things in our home for us. For the most part, it's all been extremely good. We had Allied Services install a new water furnace for us, and we couldn't have been happier. There were, however, some bad experiences, but those had to do with issues that the manufacturer was giving us. They are very honest and upfront with us about everything. They let us know exactly what the cost of equipment will be. They make sure they know what our expectations are. They always come when we need them to. They usually send a different technician each time, but we have gotten to know some of the staff who helped us deal with issues that our manufacturer was giving us. We're very impressed by their communication skills and their integrity. We're very happy with their service and will continue to use them. more

Been more than satisfactory 10/8/2013

Allied Services comes out twice a year to do maintenance and a check up on everything every six months or twice a year. They installed the heating and cooling system in my house. They always call ahead before they show up which allows me to budget my time and schedule which I really like. more

Great company 10/8/2013

Allied Services did what they said they would do. They worked well with the contractors and when there were issues, they came right away and deal with them. I suggest people really think through what they want and ask a whole bunch of questions before they start the job. They were a part of renovations being done and the unit and system they put in had some hiccups related to bad parts. It wasn't really an issue with Allied as much as it was with how things are manufactured these days. more

One of the coldest days of the year our furnace went our. I had no idea who to call... A friend recommended Allied Services Inc. heating & Air saying they will figure the problem out and fix it quick. Well a call to Allied in the mid morning and Mr. Maruca arrived to check our furnace. A very quick response and repair. We had heat by the afternoon. Within just a few hours of calling Allied our furnace was warming our home again. I am recommending Allied and the Maruca family to all my friends. Fast, Friendly, Honest, and knowledgeable people who care. more

You couldn't ask for a better heating & air conditioning company. 5/17/2012

Allied did a great job installing our central air conditionin many years ago. I asked for a recommendation for the unit and they gave me various alternatives based on quality, purchase price, and operating cost. They also take care of our hot water system that is least 50 years old. They have never tried to talk us into buying a new system, always stating that it's a good system in good shape. We also have a service contract with them for inspection and maintenance of both systems. Allied is a completely reliable and up-front company which trust completely. more

We've had Allied Services install and do our annual services for two geothermal systems for houses I built. I'm very satisfied with the experience at both houses and the installation and follow up. They got here when they said they would, and they're careful about walking in the house with shoes on. They are professional, upfront, and they always tell you about costs before repairs are made. They only send detailed and confident service people. more

They were good. Responsive when issues came up. 5/14/2012

Generally speaking, Allied Services was good. The unit that was installed had problems but they were very quick to respond and fix those. The guy was really good at fixing the problems. They were attentive, installed quickly, and worked well with the company that was working on our home addition. They contracted with another outfit that did some things that were not perfect but Allied did what they were supposed to do. Bob knew his stuff. more
