Review content:
Allied Services has been honest and never tried to push a service on me. I truly would recommend them. I had someone for 15 years and they must have come out four times for the same thing and charged me each time. I like Chris, who left an impression as very honest and not interested in selling something I didn't need. I also like Penny, who is wonderful and real.
One thing is that I was a little disappointed in the maintenance contract. I don't think I was told that the contract didn't apply to an older furnace. That was a little bit cloudy, and that should be something they say--that if the furnace is a certain number of years old, then the contract doesn't apply. When I need a new furnace I will more than likely go with them.
