I will be surprised if this review makes it online! Our experience with All State Van Lines was as unpleasant as it could have been. Every time we talked to this company they wanted more money, including day of delivery. They would not unload the truck unless we presented, once again, a certified check! It took them 3 weeks longer to get from WI to NM than it took us. They lost 5 of our items, but will only reimburse for one. I packed our breakable, collectible items in sturdy plastic bins and labeled them as "Fragile". They smashed 7 of those boxes, but will not cover the smashed contents of those boxes because they did not pack them. Among the smashed pieces were several depression glass pieces which cannot be replaced, two pieces had belonged to my grandmother! A small cardboard box was packed with all of my Corningware, wrapped in bubble wrap. That box looked as though they had jumped on it, smashing every piece of Ccorningware I had. Again, they will not reimburse me for the items. They put a hole in our king sized mattress and will only reimburse for $60.00, Where can you replace a king mattress for only $60.00? They took quite large chips out of our solid stone bird bath that was hand made by my deceased father, which means it is irreplaceable, but will reimburse only $12.00. They chipped, and or scratched, our dining table, sewing cabinet,decorative shelves,TV tray, china cabinet, entertainment center, and patio table. They smashed my Nesco roaster and the slow cooker base. We estimated about $2,000.00 or more in damages but they are reimbursing only $327.30. It took them 4 months to review our claim and now we have to wait another 6 weeks for the pittance they are willing to send us. But we had to pay them Immediately!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
