Great, easy move 3/21/2014

The company was great, everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. The movers were great too, making sure all furniture was wrapped and loaded safely. The movers were very professional and answered all of our questions. They were also very prompt on the scheduled times! Thanks All State for making such a difficult, last minute move a bit easier! more

Excellent Service - Excellent Price 3/21/2014

During one of the most bitterly cold winters in Minnesota’s history, we contracted with All State Van Lines Relocation to move us from Minnesota to Virginia. The service we received, beginning with the estimating process all the way through to the final delivery of our belongings, was simply outstanding! Having never moved before, the All State estimator walked us through the process and provided an accurate proposal. We also received excellent service from the customer care representative. He ensured we were informed all along the way -- before, during, upon arrival and after the move. Finally, the gentlemen who packed our belongings and conducted the actual move were amazing! They were true professions -- clearly explained the process, ensured all our belongings were securely packed and completed the move ahead of schedule. When the moving team arrived in Virginia, they carried all our belongings up four flights of stairs, reassembled the furniture and ensured everything was in its proper place!!! I would HIGHLY recommend using All State Van Lines Relocation as your moving company. They provided excellent service at an excellent price! more

A Smooth Move! 3/20/2014

Most professional service company we have ever dealt with. Kept us informed before, during and after our move. The movers (Dennis & Ali) showed up right on time and took great pains and many hours to wrap each of our items carefully. Not a single item arrived at our destination scuffed, scratched or even dirty! I would highly recommend this company for their honesty, integrity, great work ethics and fair price. They were even honest enough to credit us over $200 from the price originally estimated once our actual weight was determined! more

Excellent service 3/20/2014

Very please with our recent move. Every detail was planned prior to our pickup day. The movers were polite, detailed, careful and considerate. They treated our furniture like it was their own. After unpacking everything, there was not even a scratch to be found. Having moved many times, this was by far the best experience of all prior moves. I would definitely use them again. M.R. All State Van Lines Relocation move 3/19/2014

My experience with All State Van Lines Relo co was great. I was impressed with the contact they kept and their ability to coordinate between the company and the sub-contracted company doing the move. There was contact 5 days prior to the move and timely coordination with the movers on a daily basis between pick up and delivery to my destination. Each followed by calls from the office ensuring I was notified by the movers and ensuring they arrived at their scheduled times. I had moved household items and a vehicle separately. All items came with no problems and all in good condition. Both movers were very polite, efficient and timely, experienced and professional. Very hard workers. I would definitely recommend them to friends and others when and if needed. I would like to say thank you to all. more

Delivery personnel were outstanding - worked hard and were very professional. Nearly everything arrived safely, including bed which I did not have a box for (good work!) The only suggestion I have would be to have more specific details during updates for customers. Overall, All State Van Lines exceeded my expectations and provided a surprisingly hassle-free move. Amazing 3/15/2014

My experience with all state van lines was amazing!! I had originally scheduled to leave a later time and decided I could go sooner I called and asked if that was possible and they made it so I left that same day I called. Their customer service was excellent and their drivers took great care of my stuff and did exactly what I asked! The quote they have me was also dead on so I was very happy to not get charged more! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again! more

I recently moved from PA to TX using all states van lines . from day one every thing was organized and expected . estimation for the money I am going to pay was right . they notify me 3 days before showing up , moving guys were polite and professional . the put my stuff where I asked them to do . will recommend this company for other people want to move . the only one thing I didn't like is that their driver make his own estimation on the weight after he put your stuff on the truck and could be away wrong from the actual weight. his estimation on my case came 3 times more than estimated weight by company agent . to be honest i got scared speacially the take cash only when they drop your stuff .BUT AT THE END AFTER MY STUFF GOT WEIGHTED , THE AGENT WAS RIGHT AND I PAID ONLY AROUND WHAT EVER WAS ESITMATED. it was a good experience. job #10284300-06-A more

relocation best 2/28/2014

I recently Moved from California to Texas. Account manager was very responsive and cooperative. Estimation on scheduled time line was very accurate. I really like that they took care of my additional need for storing my goods for some time at an affordable rate til I got the place of my choice after relocation. Again, after finding my right place, receiving part of my house hold to my place and part to other storage of my choice, went flawless. more

Recent move 2/26/2014

I recently moved from Madison, WI to Ellicott City, MD and had a very good experience with them. I was clearly explained the details. I had to change my plans and had to adjust the dates a couple of times which they gladly accommodated. My stuff was delivered well within the estimated dates and in good condition. The movers were very helpful during the move as well. A few things had to be wrapped in boxes (at and additional cost), but I was adviced well before the move. I was provided with the status closer to the deadlines and they were helpful in checking the list. Overall very satisfied with them. more

Worst Moving Company EVER! 2/26/2014

BEWARE! I scheduled a move and made the situation of my destination very clear. After arriving 10 days beyond the estimated delivery date, I was told I would be compensated accordingly. I was not compensated, in fact I was charged above and beyond the contracted price. On top of being late and over charged, they lost control of the contract after outsourcing the move 3 times over. The driver was outside my house ready to deliver, but was unable to do so based on a contract that I had never seen and had completely different terms from the original contract. Do not listen to a single word they say, record all of your calls and do not believe any promises or estimates. I would rate 0 if possible. If you want to have your belongings change hands between 4-8 companies, have things broken, and receive empty promises then this is the moving team for you! more

Worst Experience Ever 2/25/2014

I contacted with All State, who then brokered our services to other companies without my knowledge. We were quoted a price not to exceed $2,575. However, we are actually paying $4,165. They up-charge you for everything. In addition, our items were picked up 23 days ago and were expected to arrive 7 to 17 days ago, but still haven't arrived. Every time I call them they tell me it has been delayed further. It is now delayed another 3-5 days and they refuse to give any discount. In fact, they are making me pay remaining balance and I still don't have my household items. more
