I'd been getting cuts everywhere, from cheapie barber shops to upscale manhattan salons, and my last cut before this was at Christie's, also in Bayside. I liked Christie's, but it got expensive, so when I saw a fliier on my car for $25 harcuts for new clients here, I jumped at the chance. BIG MISTAKE. I was a walk-in, and they told me to come back in a few hours, since they only had 1 person working there (this should've been my first clue the place is bad). I came back and the staff was nice, but I'd asked for the lady to cut layers into my hair, which is what I always had. I just asked for a trim. I also requested nicole Richie bangs. i got the worst 80's feathered, lopsided cut in my life. I didn't realize how bad it was til the next day when I washed the massive amounts of styling product out. \r

I am now wearing my hair pinned back, and unless I cut it a lot, it can only be worn this way. II am so upset... my hair takes so long to grow, and it's now a disaster. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
Pros: It was quiet
Cons: Everything else sucked
