I have lived in Bayside for many years. I have been to just about every salon in search of a stylist/colorist that listened to me, but also advised me, and guided me in the right direction. I was never happy with the ""factory salon"" in Bay Terrace (for those of you that live in the area, you know what I am referring to), nor was I happy with the a few of the salons on Bell Boulevard. A friend of mine has been seeing Kara for a few years to have her highlights done and her hair cut and I decided that since I was unhappy with my hair (I have been doing it myself for a while), I would let Kara take a shot at it. I can honestly tell you that I have never been so pleased in my life. She is such a doll, she listened, she talked with me, looked through pictures and just dedicated the time to me that no stylist ever has. She truly is very talented. She colored me back to my natural color (haven't seen it in a while!!) and did a full head of highlight and lowlights. She cut and styled my hair to where I could manage it and style it at home. I had a great time, just relaxing and leaving more beautiful than I have felt in years! Thanks for making me over!!!
