Air conditioning unit repair 5/23/2012

I had them come out to see why my air wasn't functioning. They told my wife that the unit was shot and would cost $3200 dollars to fix or we could buy a new unit for around the same price. They charged us $70 for a service charge. So I had a second look at it. It took a $9.58 part (capacitor) to fix it. I called back to talk about a refund twice in two days and I keep getting ran around that there managers are out. Poor service and beware of this scam!!!! more

Amazing! 12/23/2011

I called Air Services to come to my home after another heating and air company left a poor impression. They were able to diagnose the problem very quickly, and were completely honest with me about the problem, and the cost. I was impressed with their professionalism, and how much they respected my home. I will never waste my time with another company--everything from technical work, to customer service and cost was just what I would expect! more

Really pleased with the service. 7/26/2011

My air conditioner went out so I had to have it replaced. First, I had to have someone from Air Services come out and check what was wrong with it. He tried to fix it first, and that's when he found out I would need a new one. They sent out Dirk to explain what all was needed to be done, and he was really, really helpful. He went through it step by step and gave all the options, what all it would cost, what they would do, and who the service people are that would be coming out and what to expect from them. I felt he answered all my questions in a good way. I've been dealing with Air Service for years now. We have a service plan with them and they come out every spring and fall. I have been really pleased with the service. more

Fantastic service and good quality. There when you need them! 7/22/2011

We've been customers of Air Services Heating & Cooling for about eight or nine years and we found out about them through fliers. We had air conditioner problems and Air Services came out when they said they would so we wouldn't suffer in the heat. Since we're preferred customers with Air Services Heating & Cooling, we get an additional percentage off for each year we've been members of their service plan. Since then, we've had a new air conditioner and furnace installed. They've also worked on the air conditioners in the rent house. The people at Air Services Heating & Cooling are loyal and organized. They offer fantastic service and good quality when you need them! more

Air Services is very good, and I can't put them low on anything. They have very good service. When I call and try to tell them what is wrong here, they know what is wrong when they get here. Air Services Heating & Cooling got us out of a sticky solution. We were without air for twelve days and our previous contractor would not honor our warranty. They worked with us closely and we highly recommend Air Services Heating & Cooling. Our system is running beautifully. I found out about them through my son, who got them to do some maintenance work. We had them work on our furnace too. They seem to be honest and the prices are competitive. Speaking with each of their representatives was an absolutely marvelous experience. Mark, James, Eli, and Derek were very informative and they answered every one of our questions in detail. I was pleased with them and their willingness to help us out. more

We were so very, very happy with Air Services Heating & Cooling. They installed a brand new heating and air system in our home last week, and were just excellent. They did exactly as they said, with no surprises. They were very courteous and explanatory throughout the process, and were very good to answer any questions that we had. Everyone we dealt with at Air Services was super, super nice. The gentlemen who performed the install, John, Mike and Josh, were just fantastic. Honestly, they are the best we have ever worked with. They put down drop cloths, wore protective covering on their feet, and didn't make a bit of a mess. I would recommend them to anybody. They are just great to do business with. more

Coupon 5/23/2011

Bryan our Service guy was GREAT!!! We had a coupon for free sevice call, we had to add coolant to ac unit! WE new what the problem was and we told them when we sat up appointment!! Suddenly at the end somewhere out of no where came a diagostic fee, same amout as coupon. 65.00 No diagostic involved!!!!! more

Air Services did a great job. I heard they did background checks on all their employees and since I'm alone sometimes with workpeople come to the house, I feel much more comfortable knowing they go the extra mile. Every job they have done, they did great. Thanks! more

Air Service has replaced my heating and cooling unit. All Service has replaced my hot water heater and fixed a plumbing problem. They are trustworthy, honest, and professional. I will never call anyone else. I've found my guys for life. Thank you Air Service! more

They tell their customers straight up what is needed and the options on how to get it. The installation went wonderfully. more

Fantastic! 8/5/2010

Air Services Heating & Cooling was fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. We called them a week before my husband was scheduled to have surgery and they were able to make it out that day within about 30 minutes. We had no air, and we had had no air for a week. We tried to go through the home warranty, but that did not work out at all, so we called Air Services. They had to go out to get parts, and they installed it the next day. Air Services Heating & Cooling was recommended to me several years ago and I have been very satisfied with their service. Most recently, they installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me. The furnace is working really well. I have not used the air conditioner yet but I am sure it will be fine, too. My experience with Air Services has been great. more
