Air Services Heating, AC & Plb

We have done business with Air Services for many years and have no complaints. Recently, we got a new furnace from them because our old one gave out. They are always on time, when I ask them to be here, and will come right away if you need them. All of their technicians are great. For a minimal fee, Air Services checks our furnace and air conditioning every 6 months. This is very important to me and makes me feel more secure. I cannot say enough nice things about them. more

I got estimates to install a heating/cooling system in my home and decided to use Air Services Heating & Cooling because they offered the best warranty and the best deal for the money. They also had the brand that I wanted, which I had researched beforehand. Air Services did a great job and I have since had them install a water heater for me as well. Other companies told me that I would have to do quite a bit of work to get the water heater through a small door, but Air Services was able to come and install it quickly, without doing all of that work. They are always friendly and prompt. Also, if something is not working properly, they will come out right away and fix it. I have already recommended Air Services Heating & Cooling several times and I encourage others to give them a try. more

I have used Air Services Heating & Cooling several times now. They are prompt, very courteous, and informative. I initially called them because I was very aggravated with my heating/air system and needed to get it fixed. That day, I happened to see a sticker advertisement for Air Services in the newspaper. I have a service contract with Air Services Heating & Cooling and have been using them ever since they took over Ward's plumbing and heating. They have done general maintenance for our heating/cooling system and replaced the motor 2 or 3 years ago. They are always on time, when they say they are going to be here, and they provide good service. They also are friendly and polite. They cover their shoes before they come into the house, which I appreciate. I have not really compared their prices to other companies, but I think their prices are fair. I never feel ripped off. I was having problems with my furnace, which had a leak, so I contacted Air Services Heating & Cooling because they were the ones who had originally installed the furnace 9 years ago. They sent Darren, the technician, to our house and he was able to identify the problem. When he checked out the system more thoroughly, we found that there were more problems than we originally thought. We decided to have them replace the entire furnace. Darren is a very knowledgeable and skilled technician. I particularly like his philosophy, which is that when he leaves your house, your system will be running at peak performance, as efficiently as it should be. Darren does not leave a job half-done. He does not look for extra work to do or suggest unnecessary services. He does what needs to be done and, unequivocally, your system will be running well, at its best. I worked with another man, Dale, on pricing. Dale was able to talk to my insurance company about the cause of the furnace problem, which might have been precipitated by a power surge. The insurance covered the whole job, minus my deductible. I appreciated that Dale worked with my insurance company to provide them with the appropriate verification of what the problem was caused by, so that they covered the expense. Dale also got me one of the latest Honeywell humidifiers, which they installed. It will deliver moisture that does not have the mineral contaminants that others do so we will not have the dust and build-up. The humidifier is low-maintenance and Air Services was helpful in instructing me on how to take care of it. My overall experience with Air Services was excellent. I would definitely recommend them. We shopped around and Air Services Heating & Cooling was the best in terms of value, pricing and service -- bar none. They installed an entirely new AC and heating unit for us. It was extremely hot in the house at the time, and they made what could have been a stressful situation stress-free and easy. They went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy us and make the whole experience as educational as possible. JR initially came to our house to educate my husband on options and pricing. The technicians who installed the unit were excellent. They stayed until 10:30 p.m. to get the job finished. Another technician came back a few nights later at 9 p.m. to check on something for us. They were extremely conscientious of our family time and schedule, asking us if 9 p.m. was too late. They were clean, professional and on time. I highly recommend Air Services Heating & Cooling. I am completely happy with Air Services Heating & Cooling. They are very upfront and honest, and they take good care of me and my home. Initially, I knew the manager and called him because I trusted him. He sent his guys out to help me with a problem and they did a great job, so I continued to use them. I completely trust them with everything they have ever worked on in my house. They have replaced my water heater and the heat exchanger. They also have done several check-ups and worked on my water heater. They not only tell me what I need to know about how something works in my house, but they explain it to me in a way that I can understand. This enables me to take better care of my house. My experience with them has been better than I expected because they go above and beyond the call of duty. For example, they once came out on a Sunday when I had a problem. I told them that they did not have to come that day but they did. They also helped my mother when she had a problem at her house. Air Services gave her a much better deal than the company she had been using previously, whom she thought she had a relationship with. The cost of the service was half of what she paid with the previous company. I have already recommended Air Services. I also trust them for references for work that they do not do themselves because I know they would only work with people who deliver that same, high-quality service.
