We called Air Services to come out on the weekend when our pilot light on the gas log went out. We understand the service charge of $73, but all the young man did was light it in...

Right before the tech showed up, we lost power. But he waited with me and got the repair done when we got the power back more

I am the landlord for the house this work was done on. I was not on premises when it was done but the customer service via phone calls was excellent. As far as I know the work was done in a timely manner and done right more

The employees that come out has been very nice and helpful. They take the time to ans. your questions and when they say they will be at your house they will be there between the 2 hrs they say. Would recommend the Co. and the employees very highly. more

We had a rather unique situation in the location of our water heater and air conditioner. We had called other business and they recommended everything from a.new water heater to replacement of venting system. Air Services came in and didn't quit until they had corrected the problem without replacement of either air conditioning or water heater. We had many of there employees in our home and they were polite, knowledgeable and efficient. We appreciate their hard work resolution of a difficult problem. Our sincere thanks to the entire staff, everything is working fine. more

Love my maintenence plan! 8/31/2016

I am a subscriber to the maintenence program where heating, air conditioning and plumbing are reviewed and inspected once a year. Have found the inspections are thorough and honest and the repairs (when needed) are professional and reliable.) I had a plumbing inspection and some minor repairs last week and the inspector found a real problem with the installation of a water heater by another plumber that could have ended up costing me a great deal of money. I called the other plumber and they are going to replace the problem at no cost. (I think they knew they had been "found out".) This is old fashioned customer service at its' best. Very satisfied customer! more

Mr. Chad Farrell arrived on time and in less than two hours (including a trip to the wholesale supply house) he had the repairs finished and the water back on in our home. He tidied up nicely and his pleasant demeanor made him a most welcome visitor. Thank you! more

I've Had A Positive Experience 8/30/2016

Air Services Heating & Cooling has done everything for us since the 1970s. They've installed our AC and heating unit and have kept it up for us over the years. We have a service agreement and the technicians are as pleasant as they can be. I have nothing but good things to say about Air Services Heating & Cooling. more

I didn't think you could actually find a heating/cooling company that was honest and did things right. I was wrong! These guys are great! Professional! Fair! We have a small Family Medical Practice. After 2 other companies failed to resolve our heating/cooling issues, we called Air Services. Problem solved! Thanks Guys! I cant say enough about how much we appreciate you! more
