We called Air Services to come out on the weekend when our pilot light on the gas log went out. We understand the service charge of $73, but all the young man did was light it in less than 2 minutes and basically told us that we would have to go to the people that we bought it from to fix it. Your company installed the gas line and put in the gas logs! That's why we called you in the first place. That's why we wanted the service agreement with you. It seems as if we have a real good experience with your company or one that's not so good. The Wood Box is out of business! The pilot light has gone out several times since the young man came out. We have been able to relight it, but obviously there is a problem. We would just like to know that when we call service, that the business/technician can fix it.
