We called Air Services to come out on the weekend when our pilot light on the gas log went out. We understand the service charge of $73, but all the young man did was light it in...

Totally happy with the services 12/10/2016

I am a long time customer with Air Services. They have provided me with very professional service. Recently I had a water supply line blowout in a bathroom at about 8:30 in the evening flooding my bathroom and leaking through the basement ceiling. They were prompt to come to my rescue and shut the water off to the whole house. I do recommend them to anyone needing such services. more

Excellent service 12/9/2016

We just bought a house and moved to Springfield, MO. We needed service on our Lennox HVAC system. After reading the reviews and then calling all 3 local Lennox dealers, we chose Air Services because they were the fastest responders and they have a set price not by 15 min increments. When the service tech arrived, he was courteous and worked on the system @ 2 hours and the charge was $73. more

Not the greatest. Not the worst. 12/8/2016

Was not confident that the drain was cleaned as well as it could have been. There was still stuff in the drain. The broken drain needs to be checked as to warranty on your part. You installed it in 2011 or 2010. more

Professional excellence 12/4/2016

I had them come out to clean/maintenance my heating unit in my new home. They were punctual and courteous. While there, they discovered a small leak on the water heater and called for the plumber to come inspect. He came that afternoon! Both did a great job and seemed interested in only necessary repairs while keeping my pocketbook in mind. Great job!! more
