My air conditioner went out so I had to have it replaced. First, I had to have someone from Air Services come out and check what was wrong with it. He tried to fix it first, and that's when he found out I would need a new one. They sent out Dirk to explain what all was needed to be done, and he was really, really helpful. He went through it step by step and gave all the options, what all it would cost, what they would do, and who the service people are that would be coming out and what to expect from them. I felt he answered all my questions in a good way.
I've been dealing with Air Service for years now. We have a service plan with them and they come out every spring and fall. I have been really pleased with the service.
