I am a subscriber to the maintenence program where heating, air conditioning and plumbing are reviewed and inspected once a year. Have found the inspections are thorough and honest and the repairs (when needed) are professional and reliable.) I had a plumbing inspection and some minor repairs last week and the inspector found a real problem with the installation of a water heater by another plumber that could have ended up costing me a great deal of money. I called the other plumber and they are going to replace the problem at no cost. (I think they knew they had been "found out".) This is old fashioned customer service at its' best. Very satisfied customer!
