I was very pleased as always with my annual checkup experience. Patrick is the ultimate professional. He is very thorough and explains everything clearly. At the end of the visit, he gave me recommendations and explained about the Aiello Service Plan. Cindy called me to tell me that Patrick was on his way, which I really appreciated. I did not interact with Bob for this appointment. more

Professional work great workmanship went over every possible issue that would cause the problem. Learned a lot about roots those buggers cause a lot of problems also gave me some info on how to prevent any further issues with roots I would highly recommend this company. more

Tim Lynch our Service Specialist was knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. He did a good job setting up our installation. The installation of our Goodman AC and furnace went well. The AC seems to be running fine as of now. We'll know about the furnace in a a few months. It is too early to give a full review of the product and the efficiency of the units. The purchasing process was relatively easy... all and all a positive experience. more

They were due between 7:00 am and 8:00am, didn't expect them to arrive on time but very please they showed up right at 7:00am. Didn't waste a lot of time and found the problem. He then made several recommendations, and then fixed the problem. They were on time, fast and clean. I would use them again. more

Cindy and Steve are great. Within minutes of contacting Cindy we had an appointment set up for within the hour and this was at 7am. Steve had us go from a waterless state of misery to cold drinks and hot showers within 18 hours. more

Shawn F came to do an A/C service and replace a pump which Aiello told us needed to be replaced during a winter visit. As it turned out, Shawn determined we didn't need a new pump after all, it just needed to be cleaned and a kink taken out of the out-take hose. I was very impressed with Shawn's professionalism and expertise. more

I recently had my air conditioner repaired by Shawn Foley. Shawn was extremely polite and respectful. He always explained everything he was checking and servicing on my central air unit. He would always ask if I had any questions at all. I appreciate the way Shawn treated me and my home. Thanks for the Great Job Shawn! more

Clay was great. Repair went quick. Price was steep and neither visit fee nor diagnostic fee were credited towards the actual job fee. So that in itself was about 150. more

In short , Aiello or any other company could not put a better representative in the field ! We had incurred several problems with our new Heating & Cooling system. As it turned out , the problems were basically caused by poor communication regarding newly introduced equipment by the manufacturer to Aiello . Terry used his own significant knowledge to muddle problems that were not at the fault of Aiello . Regardless , every time we called him he was understanding and extremely polite . Each time he promptly came to the house and did all he could possibly do to reslove our issues . He had to spend hours dealing with the manufacturer over problems they caused and got it fixed. While I am very impressed with his technical ability , I am much more impressed by his " people skills ". I admit that I wasn't the easiest person to deal with and sometimes was less than patient . Terry was always the gentleman . His quiet , confident manner was a calming force in dealing with our concerns. If I went into the business , Terry would be my first hire . Albert L. more

While doing an annual tune up of our air conditioner he showed me how mice had done quite alot of damage to our outside unit. He was able to get the replacement parts and come back to finish the repairs in one day. more

Jesse and Willie from Aiello Home Services recently performed a whole-house energy audit on our home, part of the CL&P Energy Wise campaign. For a modest $99, These two professionals spent about 6 hours inspecting our home an correcting energy wasting features. Jesse sat with me, literally for a couple of hours, to review building science (a hobby of mine) and discuss the pros and cons of the various energy saving options appropriate for our home. Willie replaced many incandescent bulbs with efficient fluorescent bulbs, as well as aerators, and inspected weather-stripping on windows and doors. They performed a blower door test, and inspected several areas of our home, looking for leaks and energy robbing appliances. I was very impressed with the knowledge that Jesse and Willie brought to the table - they were both professional and courteous, and most importantly, well informed. Building science is something I have read about for years, and I found the these two able to answer every question I posed. I never received any pressure whatsoever to purchase additional services - they offered information only when I asked for it. If you are concerned about finding ways to save on energy costs, I would heartily recommend an audit by Aiello's Jesse and Willie. more

Shawn was prompt & professional. He reviewed what he was going to be doing for me. While working he was very thorough. During his review with me he spoke clearly, directly, & comprehensively to me. He was actually the most impressive of all technicians from Aiello I have had experience with in the past. I'd love to have him return if & when I need service again. more

We called due to for a 'call service' message on our generator monitor, after our regular company did not reply. Aiello immediately scheduled someone to come that day, and Matt R. showed up very shortly thereafter. Matt was very professional. After checking, he said that the problem was a only a dead battery in the monitor unit, and that the generator was fine. He replaced the battery and said that we could try to change the battery ourselves in the future, though it might still, require a reset by a technician. We were so pleased that we signed up for the Generator service contract right then, and look forward to seeing Matt when we need the annual service. more

Clay arrived early for the appoinment, was very professional and explained clearly what he would be doing. After he finished the annual A/C service, he checked our smoke and CO detectors in the basement and asked if we had changed the A/C filter yet. When I said no - and that I would do it, then volunteered to change it for us - very nice! After changing the filter, he went over the list of steps he took fro the A'C service. We were very impressed with Clay and look forward to seeing him again. more

In no way could any Co. send two better people to do our home assessment. Both Willy, & Jesse, knew what they were here to do & in a professional, courteous, & friendly way. Jesse is very knowledgeable, of his job & kept us informed, as to what they were doing. Most of it went over our head, but the way Jesse was telling us, he knew what he was doing. As for Willy he just kept on doing, what he knew had to be done, to save us money. What more can anybody expect from two professional people?
