We called due to for a 'call service' message on our generator monitor, after our regular company did not reply. Aiello immediately scheduled someone to come that day, and Matt R. showed up very shortly thereafter.
Matt was very professional. After checking, he said that the problem was a only a dead battery in the monitor unit, and that the generator was fine. He replaced the battery and said that we could try to change the battery ourselves in the future, though it might still, require a reset by a technician.
We were so pleased that we signed up for the Generator service contract right then, and look forward to seeing Matt when we need the annual service.
