Received a quote of about $8,200 with senior discount. Received an estimate of $8,800 for finished job. Asked for a bill to see if senior discount is included. Have been waiting a...

Worst

Met wit representatives regarding installation of ductless ac in our home. Was blown away with estimate to put 2 units in our home. Price was 50 to 70% higher. Very disappointed.

Just want to say that Frank was awesome. He was friendly, consciencious and helpful. He was certainly capable of doing the diverse work required by our local fire marshal. If I need other work done, I am calling Aiello and asking for Frank!! more

I rarely provide information regarding my experiences with vendors; but my recent experience with Mr. Faitello was so very positive that I must take the time to ensure his work is recognized. Mr. Faitello's consultation and evaluation of our home heating system was beyond the pale in terms of being educational, candid, fact-based, and detailed. He was a consumate professional, pleasant and LISTENED intently to our concerns and questions. I am choosing to post here rather than my facebook page as I believe you have the right to hear negative feedback first. I scheduled my CLEANING with you. For that your company was polite, cooperative and helpful. Your technician who came out was also polite and helpful. My dissatisfaction comes with what feels like a bait and switch. I specifically asked for your fall cleaning and was quoted a price of $179. Your technician started his inspection and then proceeded to inform me that it would be another $100 to clean my furnace. When I asked, he informed me that I was booked for a tune up...which is not the same. Had I not specifically asked for a cleaning I could understand where the lines had been crossed, but I had specifically asked for a cleaning. I do not appreciate this practice. This will most likely be the last time I use your company for cleaning. more

Home heating system inspection 9/8/2014

Technician, Patrick Cane arrived promptly, Wore clearly visible identification and introduced himself, explained what he was going to do and requested which door I preferred he use. Proceeded to the basement to perform the inspection and when finished, reviewed what was done and what was recommended.[Smoke detector in basement]. Was polite, asked if I had any questions, explained invoice. more

Plumbing Tech 9/5/2014

According to the tech, we have wrong size water into house, wee have 1/2 he claims it should be 3/4" plus all other issues. We have had many annual inspections in the past all of a sudden a these items are showing up (see his report) Scott was a great plumber and I still hope he was around. At the rate of Cat M I need to build a new home, well the home is 60+ years old and I am sure it was built to code. 1/2" must have the code then. I am not about to invest to go 3/4" more

My Recent Service Experience With Aiello Home Services 8/27/2014

Dawn was very professional and polite when calling to advise the service that was recommended along with setting up an appointment time was seamless. Clay represented Aiello in an equally outstanding fashion during his visit to tune our furnace. He educated me that our CO monitor needed to be relocated to a different spot for optimal safety enhancement and he also provided me a quote on a replacement component kit for the furnace that I was interested in. I feel that both Dawn and Clay are assets to Aiello in terms of their overall business knowledge and customer service skills which pays dividends in promoting the home services being offered. To sum it up Mike Jezouit can feel proud that these two young people represent Aiello in a way that portrays the company as a fine example of what a well run business is all about. Frank W Service Specialist 8/26/2014

I had contacted Aiello to have someone come out today to check out an electrical problem that I was having with a light in my basement. Frank W arrived very punctually, and was extremely polite. He checked everything out thoroughly, and ascertained that the problem was from an old light sensor hooked up to the light. I was so relieved that there were no shorts or defective wires. He explained everything thoroughly-he was very knowledgeable. Frank also checked out a decorative 4 wall light which I had in my master bedroom I have been thinking about whether I wanted to move the light more to the right, and over a sink. Frank took the light down, and explained what my options were. He was very informative, carefully explaining everything to me. I now know what my options are and I have time to consider each one. I will certainly ask for Frank W when I need electrical work done. He is a very polite and knowledgable electrician and an asset to his company. Thank you again for wonderful service more
