Received a quote of about $8,200 with senior discount. Received an estimate of $8,800 for finished job. Asked for a bill to see if senior discount is included. Have been waiting a...

Worst

Met wit representatives regarding installation of ductless ac in our home. Was blown away with estimate to put 2 units in our home. Price was 50 to 70% higher. Very disappointed.

Energy audit 4/3/2014

While the technicians were personable and knowledgeable, small, ancient gas leaks were found. I was informed that the audit could not continue until these were fixed. I was charged nearly $400 for about 20 minutes work. Besides this, the audit was thorough and comprehensive. I need a new furnace, but I think I'll shop elsewhere judging by the plumbing rates. more

Emergency Oil Furnace Service 2/27/2014

I needed emergency service on my oil furnace and called several places for help; however one couldn’t come out until the next day and 2 never called back. Aeillo Home Services not only answered but explained their pricing and gave me a call back when the technician was on his way, which in my case was only an approximate one hour wait. The Technician, Clay, was very professional, assessed the job and told me exactly what it would cost to fix the problem. Clay got my system back up and running which I was very thankful for because the temperature had started to drop and was expected to hit 9 degrees that night. more

Great Service 2/27/2014

Take it from a guy who tries to fix things himself...I will forever call Aiello from now on. Specifically ask for Patrick. My furnace stopped working and I was out of luck. Called Aiello. They offered SAME DAY SERVICE! He came out and changed everything needed. The price was fair and didn't exceed what he quoted me. Told me about some additional things to keep it running and I opted for those as well. He went to work and then an hour later the furnace was running great. Just in time for the 4degree nights we're having. Can't say enough good things about Patrick and the service Aiello provides. I'll never touch it again myself. I'll leave it to the Pro's. Thanks Aiello & Patrick!!! more

Service Specialist: Alex Jezouit 2/19/2014

Alex and Jason performed an energy assessment on my home. They entered my home and donned coveralls over their snowy shoes. They explained what they were going to do, had me sign a couple of documents, and proceeded with the energy assessment. They plugged air leaks identified from the door blower test. When finished with their repairs, Alex explained the rebates and then gave me a bill for the assessment. I was very happy with their performance and had only one complaint. They forgot to turn my furnace back on before leaving. I discovered this oversight while trying to wash dishes. There was no hot water. Again, I was very pleased with this professional audit. Jesse, Alex, and Will came to our home to perform an energy audit and were very thorough with their testing and remediation. They patched, taped, sealed, caulked, and replaced inefficient components during their visit, leaving our home more energy efficient than when it was built. more

Stephen Saja Jr. - Technician/Service Specialist 2/5/2014

Stephen performed an inspection/check on my gas furnace/forced hot air system, which is about 14 years old. I have owned it for about 10 years. I watched the entire process. His inspection seemed to be more thorough than what I have seen done before on my system. When he sensed that I was interested in learning about my system and what adjustments he was going to make, he took the time to explain its configuration and how it was designed to operate. As he went through the inspection process, he took the time to explain each step and why it was important. Prior to checking/adjusting the manifold pressure, he showed me the sticker on my unit that indicated the target pressure. When it was time to check the performance of the system, he showed me the readings as they were measured. He was polite and friendly and patiently answered every additional question that I had throughout the process. In view of all of the above, I have given Stephen a rating of 5 stars and plan to request that Stephen perform future inspections on my system. more
