Now that 25 years have passed since I bought my home, I knew it was time to talk with companies about replacing my oil burner and boiler. Matt Cormier at Aiello did a great job sizing my house to estimate what kind of heating system I would need. He taught me about my choices, showed me the pay-back period for the more expensive ones, and explained how Aiello would do a complete the installation and stand behind every bit of their work. I don't expect to buy a new system till next summer, but I'm glad I talked with Matt and Aiello. No pressure, no gimmicks. Aiello will certainly be a company I call when I'm ready to buy. more

Our bathroom sink was slow and did not respond to Drano or taking the trap out to clean it, so I called the professionals at Aiello. I was surprised to get a pro out to the house within 2 hours. Our central air conditioning motor stopped working. I called Aiello first thing in the morning and they were able to schedule same day service. Not only that but Ray called before arriving and was within the time indicated by the office. Ray was great. He was professional, knew what he was doing and had a wonderful personality. As a result, I will call Aiello anytime I can use one of their services. Wish all companies had employees like this:-) more

First of all, Stephen was great. I would give him 5 stars if this was only a review of Stephen's job. He seems very experienced and knowledgeable technician. Stephen was able to identify the problem quickly and performed the repairs right away. I was also very happy that I was able to get service the same day I called. The reason I gave only 3 stars is the price I was charged for the service. I paid a total of almost $400 when the part's cost is no more than $40 (verified from multiple sources). Because of this, next time I will look for a more reasonable option. more

We used Aiello to install and maintain our HVAC equipment. Shawn performed our HVAC maintenance August 2014. He is trustworthy and reliable. He found a problem with a coil in our new AC unit. While out of warranty, Aiello has begun having issues with this specific model # for the past month. They are replacing them at their expense to more reliable coils. They have used the supplier for years but this batch of coils has had consistent problems. From a customer perspective, we appreciate their honesty and recognize they are going far beyond expectations to address this problem. We recommend Aiello! more

Richard did a great job of getting our installation done in a single day. His crew including Chris B and Mike M along with a couple other technicians and electricians worked well into the evening to finish the project. All were a pleasure to work with and were very helpful in answering questions and offering information. When the job was done the house was clean. Thanks to everyone who worked on the job. more

The faucet in my shower was leaking and one of the water handles was starting to strip; it was time to call for a plumber. I called Aiello because I recognized their name. The operator asked me the problem which I told her, she was very polite and professional and they promptly sent a technician. They told me at that time there was a $49 charge for home service. When the technician arrived and examined the problem, he told me they could not repair the present two handle (hot/cold water) system and it would have to be replaced with the single handle system. Whereas, I was expecting to repair the leak by replacing handles and washers, now I'm looking at a more expensive and time consuming job (changing to single handle system including cutting tiles) costing over $1500. The bottom line is: no, I didn't do it. I exchanged the handles from a sink to the shower and bought universal handles from Home Depot for the sink costing $11. My question is: if Aiello will not repair the two handle shower systems found in some older homes, maybe they shouldn't send technicians out in the first place and save the customer the home service fee. more

Our family just had excellent service by Aiello Home Services. Jesse C. and Jesse T. came for the Home Energy Assessment. I began knowing it would take a full day to accomplish the list of energy efficiency tests they run. After discovering an additional issue, the asess. had to continue to another full business day. To be honest, I was not sure that was going to be allowed however, after chatting with their boss it would happen and the assess. would be complete. From replacing lightbulbs with CFL and LEDs to duct work patching, door drafts, recommendations, etc. these two men were very professional and knowledgable. I was very impressed with their patience as I asked A LOT of questions and really wanted to know what was happening every step of the way. In conclusion, I am so happy ENERGIZE CT is going on in the state and everyone should be doing this as it is FREE is you fall in an annual income level and the good news is if you don't, you can get the full service, 6-10 hours is the basic assessment, for 99.00. The customer, my husband and I, were never made to do more than we wanted to however, there was time and room if we did choose additional energy efficiency work. Thank you Aiello for hiring such professional men who know what they are doing, work hard, very hard in fact and the customer service is superb. more

Clay was very professional, and diagnosed the problem with my air conditioning very quickly. He was also kind enough to show me where the filter was located on my furnace. I would certainly recommend Aiello to my friends and family. more

Patrick Cane was a fine example of how all your technicians seem to be. He was courteous. easy to talk to, right on time, well spoken, clean and used booties when entering my home. All his feed backs were understandable, and indicative of the kind of thorough job I have come to expect from Aiello. Just one thing....one of his feedback comments was that There was insulation falling off the supply trunk duct work. I thought I could take care of it, but it's location (in the attic) was very hard for me to to access it and when I did (if I was looking at the same thing that Patrick commented on) saw on such thing. In retrospect, I should have asked Patrick to take care of it. That would have been the right thing to do. If this is a critical issue and Patrick could take care of it, without any additional cost, that would be great. Thank you...fine service more
