Dawn was very professional and polite when calling to advise the service that was recommended along with setting up an appointment time was seamless. Clay represented Aiello in an equally outstanding fashion during his visit to tune our furnace. He educated me that our CO monitor needed to be relocated to a different spot for optimal safety enhancement and he also provided me a quote on a replacement component kit for the furnace that I was interested in. I feel that both Dawn and Clay are assets to Aiello in terms of their overall business knowledge and customer service skills which pays dividends in promoting the home services being offered. To sum it up Mike Jezouit can feel proud that these two young people represent Aiello in a way that portrays the company as a fine example of what a well run business is all about.
