I am choosing to post here rather than my facebook page as I believe you have the right to hear negative feedback first. I scheduled my CLEANING with you. For that your company was polite, cooperative and helpful. Your technician who came out was also polite and helpful. My dissatisfaction comes with what feels like a bait and switch. I specifically asked for your fall cleaning and was quoted a price of $179. Your technician started his inspection and then proceeded to inform me that it would be another $100 to clean my furnace. When I asked, he informed me that I was booked for a tune up...which is not the same. Had I not specifically asked for a cleaning I could understand where the lines had been crossed, but I had specifically asked for a cleaning. I do not appreciate this practice. This will most likely be the last time I use your company for cleaning.
