According to the tech, we have wrong size water into house, wee have 1/2 he claims it should be 3/4" plus all other issues.
We have had many annual inspections in the past all of a sudden a these items are showing up (see his report)
Scott was a great plumber and I still hope he was around.
At the rate of Cat M I need to build a new home, well the home is 60+ years old and I am sure it was built to code. 1/2" must have the code then. I am not about to invest to go 3/4"
