My home had old, aluminum windows dating from the late '80's and overdue to be replaced. I found Advanced Window Products online emailed them. One of their salesman, Darrin, called me immediately. He came to my house, looked at my windows, and figured out a bid to replace all the windows in my house. The price was very competitive and right for my budget, so after he explained everything in detail, I agreed to the deal. Haven't regretted it one bit. For the value and quality, it's probably the best purchase I've ever made. The installers were professional and did my entire house in one day. 18 months ago I had Advanced Window Products install new windows throughout my house. I'm extremely happy with them. The salesperson came to my house and gave me a bid, wrote up the contract and in a couple days I had someone do a final measure on the windows. Then I only had to wait a few days before my personally sized windows were ready for installation. The installation team arrived promptly -- actually early -- and were very respectful of my house and furnishings. They were amazing as they installed the windows. One man cleaned up as the old windows were removed and handed over the new windows to the installer. They were pleasant and efficient. Soon I had new windows throughout the house. They demonstrated how to remove the screen and reinstall it and how to remove the windows for cleaning. They explained how to get the rebate from Mountain Fuel and left, taking away all the mess of the old windows with them. It was excellent service and I'm very pleased with the windows. They look great, they close well, they slide open nicely, and it makes my house more secure. A neighbor who replaced her windows a couple of years earlier came over to say that she wished she had gotten Advanced Windows. She thought they looked great and she knew from others who purchased that brand how good they really are. I just would like to give a quick THANKS for my new windows with Advanced. I did get several quotes and i picked the right company. Price was competive, but the quality was great as well as the instalation. My salesman Rob was honest and up front with me the whole time. he didn't try to trick me or get me to but something I didn't need. John and Dale installed my windows and did a great job. We needed new windows very badly, we had moisture between our windows, drafts everywhere, broken screens, and aluminum frames that looked old and awful. My windows look AMAZING now! They are easy to open and take out if I need to clean them and they have really changed how my whole home looks, I love it! The best part is how they have a life-time warranty. We had Advanced Windows replace all the windows in our home 3 years ago. The bedrooms were replaced with the double hung tilt out windows they offer. It only took a few months till the Box Elder bugs were coming through them in droves while closed. This continues to this day every Box Elder bug season. I was told by Advanced that the nature of these windows makes them not airtight and allows bugs to enter and there is nothing they could (would) do. That sounds like faulty window design to me! So I'm stuck with them...4 of them no less. I would call that garbage windows and garbage follow up service. Would definitely not recommend.\r Jim more

We had 17 windows installed in a 50 year old home. From our first meeting with Ken to our fantastic installers, John and Dale everything went great. Everyone was professional and knowledgable. I was worried i could not afford nice new windows. Advanced offered 60 month no interest and they did such an amazing job. Sim was quick and efficient! Could not be happier not to mention I can clean them from the inside of my home. Yay!!!!!! more

Our windows are looking really bad after a few years. I think the quality is poor. We had a bad experience when our large home was done (over 25 windows). The windows just look dirty and they are not. They have something weird going on with them. more

We had our windows installed in March. The installers were very professional, friendly and tidy. Our salesman, Ken Jankowski, was also very professional and knowledgeable. Our old windows were the aluminum heavy framed kind that were extremely ugly and some of them on the lower level of our house, you could hardly see out of them. I never dreamed we would be able to afford to replace all of our windows but the bid we got from Advanced Windows beat out all of the others in quality and price. We own three dogs that tend to bark a lot. At first our neighbors thought we had gotten rid of our dogs when actually they just couldn't hear them anymore. With July just ending with all of the fireworks I can say our dogs were not ready for a nervous breakdown this year. The noise was greatly reduced. Thanks Advanced Windows for making our home cooler in the summer and I am sure warmer in the Winter. more
