18 months ago I had Advanced Window Products install new windows throughout my house. I'm extremely happy with them. The salesperson came to my house and gave me a bid, wrote up the contract and in a couple days I had someone do a final measure on the windows. Then I only had to wait a few days before my personally sized windows were ready for installation. The installation team arrived promptly -- actually early -- and were very respectful of my house and furnishings. They were amazing as they installed the windows. One man cleaned up as the old windows were removed and handed over the new windows to the installer. They were pleasant and efficient. Soon I had new windows throughout the house. They demonstrated how to remove the screen and reinstall it and how to remove the windows for cleaning. They explained how to get the rebate from Mountain Fuel and left, taking away all the mess of the old windows with them. It was excellent service and I'm very pleased with the windows. They look great, they close well, they slide open nicely, and it makes my house more secure. A neighbor who replaced her windows a couple of years earlier came over to say that she wished she had gotten Advanced Windows. She thought they looked great and she knew from others who purchased that brand how good they really are. It's been 18 months and I'm still very happy with the price and the quality and the service I received. If you need windows, call them for a quote because they are great! Linda
