Action Air 10/22/2015

I have been using Action Air for over ten years and have always been more than happy with their service. Ken has been our technician 95% of the time. They installed two 5 ton a/c systems at my home a few years ago. I also like the fact they send the same tec out when possible to work on units or for annual maintenance. Ken is probably the most knowledgeable A/C tec I have ever dealt with. He is great!! Also, get the extended warranty on new installs!! You will be glad you did down the road as I was. more

Always Reliable and Excellent Service 10/16/2015

Action has looked after our heating and AC needs for years. Steve is our regular maintenance tech who spends all the time necessary on his regular visits to make sure our units are operating at peak performance. It's like greeting an old friend when Steve makes his visit. We highly recommend Action Air. more

Outstanding service 10/16/2015

I have always used Action Air for my AC needs. I had to replace and old unit several years ago and Action Air was the best price, Not only that they service what they sell and are the friendliest people I have ever worked with. My service tech Steve is always on time and keeps me informed on my system. He make suggestions on how to keep my system running at its peak and takes the time to show me what he did. I couldn't ask for anything more. It is nice to know there is still an honest company out there. more

We have had our air conditioning units fixed and the serviced for the last two years by Action Air Condition. We found them to be professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and straightforward. I felt they gave sound advice as to what services needed to be done and I felt like they were looking out for my best interest and not just the highest bill. more

Steve's super service 10/13/2015

I believe Steve was dispatched to do our annual service after our system was a couple years old. had just been installed new by Action Air. I have been requesting Steve to be the person sent to our residence ever year since, and it's been 7-8 years. Fortunately, we've never needed any additional service calls necessary during any time. Steve suggested having our vents coated in the attic to assure no leakage...I'm sure it has done the intended...as we had that done. The care and concern and valuable tips given by Steve is evidence of his professionalism. .....looking forward to Steve's annual visit on November 16th. Thanks to all connected with Action Air. more

A/C Maintenence Review 10/9/2015

Kevin from Action Air arrived promptly on time for our annual maintenance work on our A/C package unit...all the work was carried out very efficiently and Kevin answered any questions when I needed extra information. He took about 60 minutes to perform all required maintenance - very thorough inspection and service. No quick fixes here. Action Air (Tampa) do superior work and office staff always very personable and helpful. Top marks guys! more
