Saturday - June 25 (2016) - my air handler and thermostat went out around 2:30PM. By 3PM, I placed a service call to Action Air for my air conditioning being down. It was a very hot day! My concern was for my pets inside. They could not understand or tell my "it is getting hot - what's happening owner." Within 1.5 hours, Frank M. arrived and diagnosed the air problem - the condensor pump. In one hour time, my air system was back-up. I appreciated the fact it was considered a normal service call for the weekend without the increased service rate. My neighbor - Jimmy - helped me out on the initial phone contacts knowing how I care for my pets well-being. Very much appreciated Action Air for their help and speedy arrival on the service call. Did not expect this! Impressed and I bragged to others as one other vendor was not taking service calls until the Wednesday of that week. Again, Thank you Frank M. for your knowledge and friendliness and correcting the problem.
