I have had A/C troubles ever since moving into my home in 1995. During the past 22 years, we have “enjoyed” very high electric bills & marginal cooling, with two different systems. Needless to say, I am elated that I called Action Air to rescue me from our seemingly endless, expensive troubles! I cannot say enough great things about Action Air’s owner, Dave Russell. He is a honest, very knowledgeable professional who explained every option, without even a hint of pressure to sell. And at the end, offing me more options and quality equipment and services than his competitors, his price was very fair, actually not even close to other bids. And the bottom line is that he followed through with everything he said he and his team would do! This brings me to the day of the replacement of my horrible ducting, heat pump and air handler. The five-person-team of installers were CJ, Mike V, Mike S; Joe W and Aaron. Every one of them are Professional; Courteous; Hard-Working; and Very Knowledgeable. I witnessed Team Workers who were always “on the same page.” Although it was a huge job, they worked continuously all day and were finished by 5pm on a Friday. There was no rush to clean up, which, by the way, was far superior than I ever expected. They spent the necessary time explaining everything they had done, and trained me on every aspect concerning the operation and self-maintenance of the heating and cooling system, and the new thermostat. I can truthfully say that these five men made this install one of the greatest service experiences of my life. In fact, I will say emphatically that if you don’t give Dave Russell’s team the opportunity to bid on your job, you are cheating yourself out of your own money, a great experience, and quality equipment and service. I would be remiss not to add that the two ladies in the office, Joyce, and Jan, are also a pleasure to work with! Thank you Dave, and everyone at Action Air for your hard work, and for rescuing me from my last ever AC / problem !
