I have been using Action Air for over ten years and have always been more than happy with their service. Ken has been our technician 95% of the time. They installed two 5 ton a/c systems at my home a few years ago. I also like the fact they send the same tec out when possible to work on units or for annual maintenance.
Ken is probably the most knowledgeable A/C tec I have ever dealt with. He is great!! Also, get the extended warranty on new installs!! You will be glad you did down the road as I was.
