Replace UV lights 1/8/2018

Service calls 1/7/2018

Needed two visits to diagnose heat pump problem but in fairness, unit was functioning on first visit making it extremely difficult to diagnose an intermittent problem. When unit stopped functioning completely the next day, Joandy quickly returned and was able to identify the problem. Even though it is an older R22 unit, Action was able to locate the necessary part at their facility when even the manufacturer had none. Can’t ask for more than that. more

Like Joandy Garcia. Was not going to renew with Action Air (after approx. 10 years being with them), but I was impressed with Joandy. However, I did tell him when it comes time to purchase a new system for the upstairs, Action Air will not even be a consideration. To be clear, Joandy Garcia was great. Really seemed confident and knowledgeable. He just happens to work for Action Air. To me, being a 10-year customer does not seem important to Action Air, but that's another story. more

Service Call Review 11/24/2017

Service technician, Christian L., completed repair of our A/C system on 11/24/17. He was prompt in his arrival, quickly completed his inspection and assessment of the problem, and repaired the problem in a timely manner. He provided a clear explanation of the problem. Christian is a very personable and knowledgeable individual. more

AC Repair 8/26/2017

Tony arrived on time and was very helpful. It was a very hot day. Tony was patient and had a great bedside manner. He explained what the problem was and what the solution would be. He had to get replacement parts but can back to the work site quickly and worked efficiently to solve the problem. He was willing t discuss the problem while working so I knew what was being done. Markup on part and discount 7/22/2017

This review is negative -- all of your technicians have been first class over the ten-plus years I've been dealing with Action. This review has to do with the fact that you do not show the twenty percent discount stated on a previous silver benefits job of 8/19/16. And the steep markup on the dual capacitor you installed 7/5/17 -- 17.95 vs 214.00! more

I would like to give a special shout-out to Steve Freyeisen for the excellent service he has always provided me. He is a pleasant and personable individual that displays knowledge and professionalism answering any question I may have. It is a pleasure having him as my preferred tech. I also want to thank David for sending Cookie to handle the problem I was having. He could't have sent a better tech. Cookie knew exactly what was needed to resolve what had been an ongoing problem with the duct that was dripping water. Thank you Cookie for a job well done. "GO BUCS". more

This was one of the nicest experiences anyone could have when having to make a decision regarding home comfort. From the courteous, pleasant person returning my call for service thru the completed job, I couldn't be happier. Tony was timely and efficient when diagnosing the problem, explaining the options and completing the fix. Mike S. was great! Laying paper and drop cloths anywhere they might need to step. He and Joandy were a pleasure to have in my home. All of the inside work had to be done in a room occupied by my elderly mother. This was done without once disturbing her. Anything that had to be moved was replaced exactly to position. Both men answered any questions with complete knowledge as to product, installation and future service if and when necessary. It is never making a big decision like replacing an AC System, but this company made it a positive and comfortable decision. Thank You! more
