I believe Steve was dispatched to do our annual service after our system was a couple years old. had just been installed new by Action Air. I have been requesting Steve to be the person sent to our residence ever year since, and it's been 7-8 years. Fortunately, we've never needed any additional service calls necessary during any time.
Steve suggested having our vents coated in the attic to assure no leakage...I'm sure it has done the intended...as we had that done.
The care and concern and valuable tips given by Steve is evidence of his professionalism.
