The big snow left our outdoor heat pump unit inoperable. ARS was able to respond in a very timely manner. ARS technician Lee Z. arrived promptly as scheduled. He thoroughly went through the many possible causes of our inoperable unit. He took the time to explain his testing and results. He meticulously checked all system components to identify the cause of the problem. He restored our system to normal operation. Tomas Cruz did an exceptional job servicing my air conditioner on 9/8/2015. He was professional, efficient, and very helpful. He explained what repairs I needed and what repairs were optional. He had my air conditioner back in working order in no time, and he gave we great tips on maintenance going forward. I am very, very grateful to Thomas' attention to detail because he discovered a gas leak at the register outside my house, and I had no idea it was happening. I got it fixed by the gas company immediately and I am very grateful that Thomas went above the call of duty to report a dangerous gas leak to me. If I ever have HVAC issues again, I hope Tomas comes back! more

I should like to express my appreciation for the remarkable services rendered by Tomas C. on behalf of your company. After arriving home at 7:30 on the evening of 7/21/2015 to a dangerously hot condo; my thermostat was stuck at 99o F and blowing hot air. I contacted your company between 8:00 and 8:30 and was told by the very kind and compassionate dispatcher that someone would be out in about 90 minutes. Tomas C. arrived about that time and asked if I had the heat on to which I replied no. He started working immediately to determine why my AC unit wasn’t operating properly, that meant several trips to the roof of my condo building which houses 18 AC units, back to my unit, back to his truck, etc. The good news is that after ~2 ½ hours and a new capacitor he had my AC unit working! I am so appreciative of Tomas’s work ethic and commitment to your company; it turns out that when he got the call to service my AC, he was in Laurel headed home after a full day’s work (I’m sure). I will forever keep your company at the top if my list for future home-related repairs. It is also my wish that Tomas C. receive special consideration for a ‘job well done’. As a federal government worker, that can take the form of an on the spot cash award, or 59 minutes of time off (allowed by OPM-Office of Personnel Management rules). I’m hopeful you have something comparable in your line of work. more

ARS came to my rescue when my pipes burst in my home this past winter. When my pipes burst at 3:00am they were the only company to respond quickly to assess the situation and to restore my water. I was without water for some time, however they stood by me and made several visits and worked long hours to ensure my water service was restored. I would like to thank specifically Greg 1, Greg 2, Daniel, Gerald and Mark as well as, William Allen who ensured me that the work would be completed. I would call ARS in a second, because of the great work that was performed in my home. All of the guys worked very hard and I appreciate their service. more

Our service technicians (John and Matt) arrived on time, represented themselves professionally and completed the task within the promised time estimate. John did a great job of showing me not only what was done, but also the benefits of it all. That instruction was something I really appreciated. I returned from a few days out of town to a cold house. My heater had failed while I was gone. ARS was able to get someone out within a few hours, and he actually showed up before the expected time. When it's 20 degrees outside, you want someone sooner rather than later. Steven J was friendly, professional and quick. While he didn't have the part on his truck, he returned with it in under an hour. I'm very happy with the service he provided, and I'm very happy with my newly cozy house. more

Kumar did a fantastic job when he came out to my home to fix my heat. He answered all of my questions and I have many. He showed me everything he was doing and told me about my air filter and gave me information so I could go and purchase a new one. Kumar was very professional and personable.
