Tomas Cruz did an exceptional job servicing my air conditioner on 9/8/2015. He was professional, efficient, and very helpful. He explained what repairs I needed and what repairs were optional. He had my air conditioner back in working order in no time, and he gave we great tips on maintenance going forward. I am very, very grateful to Thomas' attention to detail because he discovered a gas leak at the register outside my house, and I had no idea it was happening. I got it fixed by the gas company immediately and I am very grateful that Thomas went above the call of duty to report a dangerous gas leak to me. If I ever have HVAC issues again, I hope Tomas comes back!
