New Eqipment Well Installed 5/24/2014

Rolando and Larry of Ars of Laurel installed our new air conditioning and heating units purchased from Ars. They did a very competent and professional job of the installation. They explained everything they did, answered all our questions, and gave us good tips on the proper use of the equipment. We have had a contract with Ars for twice annual maintenance visits for several years and have been very pleased. If you buy anything from Ars of Laural we recommend that you request Rolando and Larry for the installation. more

Fixed 30-yr-old boiler 3/8/2014

We were very happy that service technician John Q, plus Annie in ARS parts department, both went over and above to locate the part needed for our 30-yr-old boiler and then modify it a bit to make it work. We were especially anxious because the weather was still cold (in March) and we were getting ready to leave town for 2 weeks. They clearly worked well as a team and Annie's communication made us feel confident that they would get it fixed in time -- and they did! Thank you! more

Mr. Steve Jones provided outstanding service at my home today(Feb 8, 2014). He was on time with a smile on his face. He was very professional and displayed excellent customer service. He explained every tasks that he performed from the beginning to the ending of the service call. He thoroughly explain everything in a way that I understood what was happening. No Heat! ARS saved the day!! 1/18/2014

Vince from ARS- Laurel came to our new construction townhouse after not having heat for 24+ hours. It was cold, we needed a new part that he didn't have in his truck. He met another ARS worker and got the part he needed, we finally got heat about an hour after he was here. He did a great job! Thank you ARS! more

Service Technician Recognition 5/23/2013

I'm very pleased to have found a technician that does a thorough job when he arrives to inspect my furnace/AC equipment. Aureon is low key, does not try to pressure me into purchasing equipment but points out the advantages of other items I may wish to consider adding to my system. I always specifically request Aureon because I trust him and appreciate the manner in which he does his work. As a customer of this company for many years, I would highly recommend ARS because of my interaction with Aureon who I consider to be a service professional and a very valuable asset to his company. I hope that ARS will provide him with this feedback and congratulate him for providing quality service. I hope he remains with ARS for a very long time. Customer satisfaction is based not only on the name of the company but primarily on the representative of the company who shows up at the front door. Kudos to Daymon C 5/14/2013

I am an American Home Shield member and I was introduced to ARS-Laurel through their referral program. ARS sent Daymon Crawford to repair the AC system at my home. He was very professional --on time/ efficient/ knowledgeable and able to clearly explain the issues so that I could make decisions on repair. Not only that it's the little things that made a huge impact--HE USED SHOE COVERS SO NOT TO SOIL MY CARPET and HE NEGOTIATED WITH AMERICAN HOME SHIELD TO MY BENEFIT AND THE COMPANY (ARS). He went beyond the call to make sure that ARS received proper payment and to make a recommendation to American Home Shield which saved them a customer. I have had AHS warranty since 2008 and quite frankly I was prepared to cancel it today had it not been for Daymon C. He is definitely an asset to ARS. more

A/C 5/10/2013

The service techs arrived on and immediately started work. They explained everything they were going to do, and they did not go behind the scope of the job. I was given an estimated time of completion and they completed the job in less time. They were very professional and they took proper measures not to leave a mess by covering area with drop cloth. Great Job. more

The Air Conditioning - Heating - Pumbing Technition was very efective in inspecting and servicing our air conditioning. He also found problems that were not cought when the unit was installed in January 2011. We were very pleased with the out come that was found and he will be retuning to compete the problems with the unit next week. In the mean time the air condition is runing better then before. He really to his time and was very pleasent and profesional. We had a very restful night. Thanks for your support and have a bright and wonderful day. more
