I had 2 toilets that were out of commission. The plumber assigned to me was Quintin. One toilet had a straightforward problem, and the second was complicated. Quintin was knowledgeable, professional and personable. I could tell he was very skilled and he was happy to answer questions. It was quite a messy job, but he took great care as he was doing it and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I have had many plumbers to my home over the years, but this guy seriously is the best plumber I have ever dealt with. I hope I can request him the next time I need one. Highly recommend! more

Walter B. could not have been more patient and helpful. This was supposed to be a routine A/C check. The folks back at the office made the appointment and kept in touch the day of, letting me know Walt was on his way. He showed up early, as I requested. He was thorough and taught me things. He also took care of a few extra things along the way that were not really required. He was just so polite and he did not take any shortcuts. I will use ARS again, and I would recommend them, especially Walter, to anyone. more

Awful service 6/23/2010

MY A/C WENT OUT AND I CALLED THESE GUYS. I MADE A APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY AT 2PM. ON THE SAME DAY AS THEY WERE TO SHOW UP THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO COME TO MY HOUSE TILL 5 DAYS LATER. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. I MISSED A DAY OF WORK AND HUNG OUT IN MY HOT HOUSE BECAUSE OF THESE CLOWNS. IF I COULD GIVE MINUS STARS ON THIS I WOULD. Cons: unorganized more
