I tried Williams and Fogg because I have a faucet that keeps breaking. Thinking it might be the other plumbing company not doing the repair correctly, I called Williams and Fogg based on the reviews here. The repairman was very good, very polite, but not quick. It took him 2 hours to repair the faucet (using parts I supplied) and to put new innards into the back of a toilet. $575!!! The cost is way out of line from the other company I used and in my experience with plumbing companies in the past. Too expensive! I had the exact work done by the other company (a toilet and this same faucet) and paid less than half. I will not be calling Williams and Fogg again because they overcharge for the work done. And the faucet that keeps breaking? Turns out it is a design flaw by Delta, not the repairman. I am going back to my old company. Williams and Fogg should be embarrassed to charge so much. They know they are too expensive because when the plumber gave me the bill he also gave me a sheet telling my WHY it was so expensive. OUTRAGEOUS! more

After my hot water heater leak, I got good advice and suggestions from both the plumbing expert, and the renovation team. Since I had to make decisions in a hurry, it was great to hear pros, cons, and options, then get the work done so I could get back in my condo. They also helped by talking with the insurance adjuster using years of experience that I didn't have. more

My plumber had an emergency and didn't arrive during the window of time I was given. However, when I called the office, a new plumber was quickly dispatched, who was very professional and efficient. The cost was high, but I think pretty standard for plumbing in general. Overall, it was a good experience. more

I hired this company to fix my mom's toilets. They ended up breaking one when they came to do the assessment. Then a week later they called my mom and yelled at her saying they wanted their money. I called them and said I was going to pay once they fixed the toilets...they hadn't done anything yet. The lady on the phone yelled and me and told me she would see me in court and then hung up. I called back... I told them I wanted to talk to the owner. The lady put me on hold and then after two minutes hung up. I called back... The lady complained to the other people about me over the phone so I could hear and told me the owner said he didn't want to talk to me. and then hung up. Finally I called back and said I would find a different plumber. Then magically I got the owner on the phone and he would not stop talking and then said the PLUMBER WHO CAME TO MY MOM'S HOUSE SAID SHE DIDN'T LOOK LIKE SHE WOULD PAY and that was the reason why they were badgering her about money before hand. For some dumb reason I decided to let them do the job. They did the job without calling to tell me how much it would be. Surprise! The bill was $900! more
