Review content:
I hired this company to fix my mom's toilets. They ended up breaking one when they came to do the assessment.
Then a week later they called my mom and yelled at her saying they wanted their money.
I called them and said I was going to pay once they fixed the toilets...they hadn't done anything yet.
The lady on the phone yelled and me and told me she would see me in court and then hung up.
I called back... I told them I wanted to talk to the owner. The lady put me on hold and then after two minutes hung up.
I called back... The lady complained to the other people about me over the phone so I could hear and told me the owner said he didn't want to talk to me. and then hung up.
Finally I called back and said I would find a different plumber. Then magically I got the owner on the phone and he would not stop talking and then said the PLUMBER WHO CAME TO MY MOM'S HOUSE SAID SHE DIDN'T LOOK LIKE SHE WOULD PAY and that was the reason why they were badgering her about money before hand.
For some dumb reason I decided to let them do the job. They did the job without calling to tell me how much it would be.
Surprise! The bill was $900!
