Williams and Fogg Heating, Air, Plumbing, and Electrical Company was sent out to fix my air conditioning unit, which was under warranty. They were great: on time, very thorough and informative. When they first got here, they recognized that someone (another company) had been here before them. The technician from the other company had said that the problem was with the electricity, not the AC unit. However, Williams and Fogg looked at it and said it was definitely a problem with the unit. I had 3 different teams from Williams and Fogg come in to survey the problem and help me. They were all good. They replaced the compressor and, since then, everything has worked out well. When they came back one of the times, I had one room in the house that was particularly hot and I asked them what I could do to make it cooler. They put another vent in that room for me. They also gave me some additional feedback and help that I really appreciated and did not have to pay for. I would definitely use Williams and Fogg again. I have been very happy with Williams and Fogg Heating, Air, Plumbing, and Electrical Company. I initially found them on Service Master and they had competitive prices compared to other companies I looked at. I have used Williams and Fogg a couple of times now for heating/air as well as plumbing work at my mother-in-law's house. They have done installation as well as maintenance. Everything turned out perfectly -- they were prompt and did very good work. They know how to stop a leak. I would recommend them. John R. Lester more
