My warranty company sent these folks out to install my garbage disposal (mine went belly up). the worker did not remove the punch out hole and my dishwasher ran all night trying to pump out the water. they came back out and fixed that part and told me if there were any issues they would fix it. Days later my dishwasher started making a burning smell. I contacted them and they assured me they would 'make it right' they said they ordered the part and now 3 months later they won't return my calls and all emails come back returned as well. the home warranty is colonial warranty and thus far the are hanging me out to dry too.
I waited a long time to do this review, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and not be nasty, I was hoping they would call me and schedule a time to replace my motor and do the right thing. this was in Dec. and now it is March and I got nothing but a dishwasher that smells every time it runs, it is just a matter of time before the motor goes. It was a top model brand that should have lasted a lot longer (and would have had this not happened).

We apologize for any inconvenience to the customer. We were contracted by the warranty company and replaced the garbage disposal per the warranty company's approval. We would gladly service this customer again, however, since we were contracted by the warranty company,and this is their customer,we would have to have approval in order to do so. We recommend the customer resolve this with their warranty company, and if approved, we will gladly return.
