I tried Williams and Fogg because I have a faucet that keeps breaking. Thinking it might be the other plumbing company not doing the repair correctly, I called Williams and Fogg based on the reviews here. The repairman was very good, very polite, but not quick. It took him 2 hours to repair the faucet (using parts I supplied) and to put new innards into the back of a toilet. $575!!! The cost is way out of line from the other company I used and in my experience with plumbing companies in the past. Too expensive! I had the exact work done by the other company (a toilet and this same faucet) and paid less than half. I will not be calling Williams and Fogg again because they overcharge for the work done. And the faucet that keeps breaking? Turns out it is a design flaw by Delta, not the repairman. I am going back to my old company. Williams and Fogg should be embarrassed to charge so much. They know they are too expensive because when the plumber gave me the bill he also gave me a sheet telling my WHY it was so expensive. OUTRAGEOUS!
