My homeowners warranty contacted Williams & Fogg to come for a service visit.I spoke with a Tomeka who dispatched Mark to my home. Mark was very pleasant, friendly, and took the time to explain what was going on with my ac unit. It was determined it was my compressor, Mark came back out to install the new compressor but he was sent the wrong part. After finally receiving the right one, he determined another problem but was able to get my ac working. I cant say enough kind words to Mark and Tomeka for being understanding and patient with me and treating me as a valued customer. I would definitely refer this company to anyone in need of these services! more

After a bad experience with another company, I contacted W&F. The satff at W&F went out of their way to come to my house to fix my air conditioning before the outside temperature reached 100 degrees. Taneeka found a time that was convenient for me and Mark spent time explaining the problem and how it would be fixed. He was very courteous and professional. If you have a home warranty policy with American Home Shield, tell them you want Williams and Fogg to perform the work you need done. more

I just wanted to say I'm very pleased with the service we received today. We called to have an HVAC tech come out to the house because our unit was occassionally acting up. Lawrence Coleman called before he showed up. He was very pleasant on the phone and arrived at my house within the timeframe he gave me. When I answered the door he shook my hand, smiled, wiped his feet, and introduced himself. I invited him in and he immediately got to work. In a few minutes he came back and went over things with us. There were several suggestions on the unit. My husband and I decided that since we rent this house we would discuss things with our landlord and let him make the final call. Even though we couldn't fix anything today it is because of Lawrence that I will be calling you guys again. We plan to buy a house soon and will use you guys for any issues we have as well as recommend you to friends and family. Kevin at Williams and Fogg Heating, Air, Plumbing, and Electrical Company treated me very well. Kevin was outstanding from the beginning. There was a communication delay in getting there, but he called in early and let me know. He handled the situation very well. My AC was out and usually this would be a reason to be upset. He handled everything really well from the beginning. He let me know that he was in the back, and pulled in the driveway. Kevin explained everything he was doing and even paused to chat with me. He was very cordial and professional. After the job, I asked Kevin how to set up a routine maintenance program. I requested Kevin and he said yes. So far, I've used Williams and Fogg once and they repaired an AC and serviced the parts of a second AC unit. I used them for the first time very recently and I plan on being customer for many moons as long as things work out. I was recommended to Williams and Fogg by my home insurance company. People should check them out and give them a chance for the first time! They are very competitive. Price is important, but they also have great service and a get-it-done attitude. They are thieves. The owner determines the price based on how he is feeling that day, That is why they have to call with each quote to see if the boss would like to increase it for the day. We apparently just needed caulking and the repair man showed up without any caulk. The boss when we called about having to pay over 120 dollars for a 20 minute visit to be told we needed caulk and they don't have any decided to yell at me for being a nurse and said if I want to complain about the price I shouldn't be in a career field that left him with a large medical bill due to him being sick once. Note: I work in the NICU at that time and have nothing to do with his medical care and do not by any means make bank from his medical bills. They were very inappropriate and pricing should not be based on his mood or your career. Look at their BBB and see the 20 complaints filed. more

Albert came to my house to assess our heat pump. It was determined one of our units needed to me replaced. Albert worked with our warranty company to secure the new pump and additional parts. He installed it in a timely manner with Chris. I was impressed that Albert communicated clearly with me about where we were at in the process and when he would be arriving at my home. He and Chris worked efficiently. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and showed pride in their work. They were also very nice to my hyper dog. I would definitely hire both Albert and Chris again and would also recommend them to a friend! more

These guys did a wonderful job on the replacement of my hot water heater. They were in and out in no time, they were respectful of my home and property. Even cleaned up after themselves. I would certainly use them again. I can't wait to call them for my next job. more

I'm writing to tell you about my experience I had with your company today. I submitted an inquiry online looking to get a compressor installed. A short time later I was called by one of your technicians, Lawrence. Lawrence was very caring and empathetic when he talked to me. I was very upset because I felt that the previous person had took advantage of me. I was dealing with an independent contractor since April and has since paid him nearly $600.00 and he still left me with a problem that he was unable/unwilling to repair to repair. Lawrence made me feel comfortable and confident that he would be able to help me. Before the end of the work day Lawrence came out and had my air running within a matter of minutes and I didn't even need a new compressor!! He's very compassionate about his work, I could tell by the way he listened and explained everything to me. I'm so grateful to your company for having a person like Lawrence as part of your team. They came to my home to repair our house generator. It took an extraordinary amount of time to diagnose and then supposedly fix our problem (6.5 hours) when the repair man left, my generator still did not work and they charged me $650.00. more

I had these idiots at my house and when they were done, it looked like my home had been destroyed by a fire. I called them up and the owner refused to come over and look at the damage his employees did. We went to court and they lost their case. These guys suck. Beware. more

I had asked them to come by and take a look at my gas furnace which was filling my garage with heat and not heating the inside of my house. The tech arrived the same day for service, but only lit the pilot light and left. They over charged me by about $120. Another company quoted $50 for lighting a pilot light. Williams and Fogg walked away with $170, and didn't address the issue of the heat flowing into the garage. more
