I have always been completely satisfied dealing with A Best Air. Kenneth Green was a very knowledgeable and thorough with his service. While some tecnicians excell with installations, replacements etc., Mr. Green was very knowledgeable and efficient with our complete package. We have used A Best Air & Heat for years and although its normal to think one day you are going to have a bad experience, we've never had one, or would even expect to ever have one. We have used A Best Air & Heat for a couple of years on the monthly maintenance agreement which we have been happy with. A few months ago, we had our heat go out in the upstairs furnace unit, and A Best explained our options and the option to fix was not significantly less than a new unit. I did get a quote from a competitor and his unrelated assessment was in line with A Best’s recommendation. Consequently, since both air conditioner units and both furnaces were now 20 years old, we decided to bite the bullet and replace it all at the same time. A Best sent a very professional crew to install our units and they did a great job (both furnaces were in our attic, but fortunately access is through a door on our second level). They installed whole house filters and aligned the new high-efficiency units – I think there were four guys here to get this all done properly and we have enjoyed lower utilities since the installation. Good guys. Hard workers – polite and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I would recommend them to anyone. If you have to spend a bunch of money on a new air conditioning system, this is the company to do it with. They found my duct work was not up to code and probably saved my house from burning down. more

I called for A/C unit service and got same day service. This A/C unit is difficult to get to and needed a ladder. The service was on time for the set appointment. I would use this company again and recommend them for others. more
