Upon arrival Bob was very curtious and polite. He informed me on the service he was going to do and kept me informed throughout the visit. Bob Turner seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. My family was very pleased with this service/visit. more

Crew was great but the problems that went with it I was not expecting. When installers tried getting ahold of someone at the office to get a tech out that night to fix wires they could not get ahold of anyone. Not happy with 24 hr service.. Then we went without air until the next afternoon when a tech could come out. During installation the lights in my hallway quit working and they could not get them working again. Like I said crew was great on trying to get things to work out right but it was a nightmare for me an now I've got another expense to deal with. more

Excellent Service 7/31/2015

Ernest and Roman were excellent servicemen. They explained everything about our new system and how to use it. They installed it in less time than expected and it works perfectly. These guys are professionals and I would recommend them to anyone. Great job. more

5 stars across the board! 7/30/2015

I am writing to acknowledge Shane Ray for his outstanding service that he provided to me on a service call at my home on July 17. It was late in the afternoon and he had been working all day. His voltmeter was wet and not working properly, but he kept his cool and continued to work in spite of the issues he was having. He did an excellent job and restored my AC unit back to good. I give him 5 stars on everything! more

Very knowledgeable, polite. Seemed like very nice guys, no problems at all, felt bad they were here from 5:30pm to about 9:00pm installing I'm sure they were tired but they did a VERY nice job. The two gentlemen that arrived after completion you could call friends. more

Bob was friendly and knowledgeable & fast 7/25/2015

Bob serviced the furnace right away and we talked about filters. He went in the backyard and served the condenser and AC. Everything checked out OK. He was in the backyard for about 30 minutes and did a great job checking everything out. more
