OTHER THAN ONE ISSUE WITH THE INSTALL OF OUT DOWNSTAIRS HEATING UNIT, I HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH A-BEST 1/29/2016

WE HAD ONE ISSUE WITH AN INSTALL, BUT A SINGLE PHONE CALL WAS ALL IT TOOK TO GET THE PROBLEM RESOLVED. THE INSTALLER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. more

Excellent Customer Service 1/6/2016

My technician showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It turned out nothing was wrong with my A/C. The breaker popped on it. While he was there he did tell me my A/C needed to be cleaned and showed me. I had not had it cleaned in 7 years WOW. He cleaned it out and went over my filters on the inside and let me know which filters were best to use. I have kept his business card and would gladly recommended to anyone and I would use them again. Pricing was very affordable. This is a great working team. Love the company. more

I had a great all around experience with A-best Air and Heat. In my case, I needed to replace my home unit. A-best offered a variety of good options and the sales team was very helpful. Roman and Ernesto from A-best service team removed my existing unit, installed the new unit (in the same day), and made sure everything worked correctly. They were very professional and friendly from start to finish. I would highly recommend their services. more

Excellent 11/22/2015

My unit was deemed unrepeatable by another company on a Friday. I made a call to A-Best for an appointment for Saturday. The team came out and explained all my options and we agreed on replacing the complete unit. I thought they would get to it within the week but to my surprise they could have a crew there the next day (Sunday). The team arrived at my home right on time and completed the install inside of 4 hours. They answered all my questions and went over the unit with my wife and I. All in all it was a very good experience. Thanks !! more

A Best installation technicians Ernesto & Roman were on time, communicated well and were extremely professional in the installation of a new heating and air conditioning unit & the installation of a new nest thermostat. I'm very pleased with the work done and highly recommend A Best to anyone needing HVAC work. more
