We have used A Best Air & Heat for a couple of years on the monthly maintenance agreement which we have been happy with. A few months ago, we had our heat go out in the upstairs furnace unit, and A Best explained our options and the option to fix was not significantly less than a new unit. I did get a quote from a competitor and his unrelated assessment was in line with A Best’s recommendation. Consequently, since both air conditioner units and both furnaces were now 20 years old, we decided to bite the bullet and replace it all at the same time. A Best sent a very professional crew to install our units and they did a great job (both furnaces were in our attic, but fortunately access is through a door on our second level). They installed whole house filters and aligned the new high-efficiency units – I think there were four guys here to get this all done properly and we have enjoyed lower utilities since the installation. Good guys. Hard workers – polite and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. I would recommend them to anyone.
